Great job cleaning my house! This company is great and staff especially Lee Anne is fabulous!!!!?

They are AWESOME! I am very fussy about my home being cleaned correctly. This company is extremely professional and the owner popped in to see that the job was well done. They used a bag full of cloths to clean my home so I know that each area had clean cloths used it. They were very polite and sensitive to my needs which is so rare these days! PLEASE USE THEM you won't regret it . The price is reasonable and they charge per room which is very clever .

The owner sent someone else out a second day because the first day someone came they don't complete the job. Communication with owner was great!

I called the information number and the line was immediately answered by a gentleman names Steve. I asked if he could help provide us an estimate and I mentioned that we are in the east Richardson area. He told me that he doesn't serve anywhere outside of Plano zip codes and couldn't help me. I asked if gauged the areas he served by zip codes. He said yes. Then recommended two national chains I could call, but he couldn't say if they actually served this area. We hung up. I decided to call him back to let him know that my zip is listed on your posting here on Angies list and he needs to get it updated as my zip was clearly indicated. He said again that they didn't servet my zip, and he would contact Angies List, and said he was having trouble with Angie's List. He then thanked me for my call back.

They are very professional, efficient, punctual and they take their time to get everything clean.

Pat and her assistant arrived exactly at 9 am (presceduled time) and began cleaning my home for the first time. They detailed cleaned everything! She and her assistant were polite and professional. I could not have been happier with the job. I plan to have her come back every two weeks.

I left the house with instructions how to get in, they cleaned, and I returned to find it fresh and pretty.

Initial phone call is immediately answered in person. I expressed what I wanted and the manager told me exactly what they would perform. They arrived promptly, left everything clean and in correct placement. There was no cleaning smell left behind because all of their products are "green". The management team always sends someone out to inspect on the initial cleaning, and then after that there are random inspections.
