Description of Work: Inspect and clean A/C unit in Condo. Told me it would cost more to fully clean the unit because it involved having to remove a panel to get ro the coils and that it might do more harm than good if they were cleaned since the unit was old. So, he really didn't do anything but look at the system. The date listed is approximate, and the the tech had a bad cold, and the weather was pretty bad.

Description of Work: I did not use this company at my house. When the AC broke at work, we noticed they were in the same area and walked over to ask if they could come look at it. They were able to come out the same day to fix it. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. If we have any more issues at work, we will be calling them.

Description of Work: I contacted company at 9 AM on a Friday and informed them that my downstairs heat was out but the pilot was lit and the blower was operating. The women on the phone was very polite and professional. She promised that a technician would be there by 10:30 AM. He arrived at 10:15 AM. Inspected the the furnace in the attic upstairs and advised that the problem was rust sediment build up was blocking the burners from lighting. He offered to to do a clean out and preventative maintenance tune up on both furnace units for a total of $ 109.00 for the entire service call visit. As the units are both going on on 22 years old, he offered to work up a proposal on replacing both units with new high efficency units and is investigating the new Plano City long term, low interest finacing program to encourage lowering household utility consumption initiative. Overall punctual, professional, courteous and reasonable prices!

Description of Work: 1 outdoor compressor and two attic furnaces, all 25 years old, were replaced as well as installation of more attic insulation. Correction of duct work done by another over-priced and arrogant company with star ratings was done without charge, as well as new digital thermostats. ALL friendly and prompt!!!!!! No negatives! Would use again!
