I called Clark irrigation systems and they came out the same day, right on time. They located and fixed the leak in less than an hour. Price was fair. They were prompt and efficient. I will certainly use them again.

This provider is very good. I was quoted a higher price by two other companies so this company's rates were pleasantly unexpected and they did a good job.

Given the description of work above, the punctuality, getting the problem solved and providing the locations of all valves, it was a completely professional approach. Getting the problem solved prevented any city fine for illegal watering under our current drought conditions. I am totally satisfied with this vendor, have used Clark before and will do so in the future.

The repairs were swift and well done. Steve supervised the task and a laborer performed the work. The $100/Hr. labor charge was a 17% increase in the hourly rate compared to a similar task done by Steve (and his helper) in April of 2010.

Steve was punctual and located the leak right away. He had the leak fixed in just a few minutes. This guy is a professional and knows what he is doing. He let me know that since it was such a bad leak that I could get an adjustment on my water bill the next time I receive one showing the balloon in water consumption. I had him out once before with the same satisfactory results. If you need your sprinkler repaired, this is your man.

We hired Clark Irrigation a few months ago ? summer time- to help with our sprinklers. Some of them had come off the ground. We checked with Angie?s List and went with Clark Irrigation. After their inspection, Steve Clark said that the system installed incorrectly and had several issues in several zones. He provided a quote of about $750.00 to revamp the whole irrigation system. We thought it would cost around $200.00 for just a couple of sprinkler heads that were broken but figured we would trust him since we found him on Angie?s List and he is the professional. He completed the work and said everything was fixed. About 2 months after, we noticed that there were some sprinklers that were still coming up incorrectly. We set up a time for him to come out on Saturday 9/14. I received call on Saturday morning stating that he could come a little earlier because his schedule changed. That worked for us so he arrived around 9:00. When he came out, he stayed about 5 minutes. My husband asked if we were going to get charged for the visit and I assumed not because the work was only a couple months old and thought the work was guaranteed. When we asked about being charged, he said ?of course I?m going to charge you for this.? He was originally in the back of the home and we thought he was coming to the front to talk about the issues but instead he just took off. All he told my husband was that he wasn?t going to fix something that he didn?t originally fix and stated that the 2 sprinkler heads that we were having issues were ones he didn?t originally fix. He originally told us that he changed all of the sprinkler heads and revamped the entire irrigation system due to the ?shoddy? work by the previous company meaning he would he have fixed/touched all sprinkler heads. After he left, I called and left a message asking for him to call us back because we were confused by him just leaving without any explanation or communication as to why. Rather than calling me back, he sent me two text messages which I found very unprofessional especially since the texts were of a threatening demeanor. He said ?how dare you expect additional work on heads that I didn?t touch for free. Go ahead and make a real bad report on me. And I will make my response. And I can assure you it will make you look bad.? The experience was very unprofessional when if he just would have had a discussion on Saturday, this could have been avoided. It also leaves the question because if he revamped the entire system but didn?t touch these particular sprinkler heads, what did he really do?

Steve was very professional. He was supposed to arrive at 1pm but called an hour or so before to say he was running 45 mins. behind schedule, he offered to reschedule if it was a problem, it wasn't. He and his helper showed up on time to the new appointment time. They listened to what we said was happening and then proceeded to cycle through each zone in our system and flag the heads that had issues. The fixed the leaking valves, and replaced about 3 heads and raised 8 heads. They were quick and efficient in the use of their time. They were also neat and when they were done there was hardly any indication that they had dug up different spots. We were charged for replacement of three rotary heads and raising 8 and one hours labor. Altogether a very good price for a job well done. I have used Clark's twice before and was very pleased with their work. Steve Clark is definitely the guy to call. Great job Steve!

I searched Angie's List for top rated sprinkler system repair companies with emphasis on licensed personnel with the capability to perform the required service. After contacting 3 of the companies and selected Clark Irrigation Systems based on the information provided and after talking to personnel from these companies. The appointment for the repair was set for Thursday, 05 September, 2013 at 11:30 AM and Steve showed up about 15 minutes early. He and his helper got right to work and the old valve was removed and the new installation completed by 12:15 PM. They replaced the valve box and cleaned up the area to the point that it looked like it had before the repair began. The final cost of the repair (parts and labor) came in within $0.75 of the original estimate. I would definitely use them again.

At first I was a little alarmed by the $100 hourly labor rate, but once I saw them work it was a 2 man crew that got a lot done. It ended up being $200 total. They were incredibly knowledgable and told me everything I had been curious about since I moved into this house. I called a bunch of irrigation companies and their labor rate is in line with the market. I got 8 sprinkler heads replaced with Irritrol iPro self lubricating heads (not the junk they sell at Lowes/Home Depot) and they changed 17 spray nozzles to the proper distance/angle nozzles. I called them out for one stripped line, but when they fixed it in 2 minutes after I had spent hours messing with it I got them to check everything out. Even if you only need one or two things done, just pay for them to come our for an hour and turn them loose on your system. I think you will be impressed. I will call them again next time I have an issue.

We were experiencing problems with our irrigation system not running as scheduled. The company that originally installed it (and that we used to service it since installation) checked it recently and said the controller was working correctly. We scheduled an appointment with Mr. Clark based on Angie's List information. He was able to come earlier in the day than originally scheduled and called to confirm that we were available. He and an assistant checked our entire system and confirmed that the issue was with the controller. They replaced it, explained in detail how to use it and left us with full instructions for later reference.

Arrived 'exactly' on time - awesome. Found the broken valve quickly and replaced it - awesome. Replaced 4 broken heads and adjusted a number of others - awesome!

Steve was very responsive--came a day after we spoke, on a Saturday. He was very professional and very nice. My father-in-law was at our house, and since he knows more about sprinkler systems, they discussed several problems that Steve found with our sprinkler system, and Steve fixed them on the spot and charged us a very reasonable price (he gave us the Angie's List discount, on his own initiative--I had forgotten to ask him about it). We have not had any problems with the sprinklers since then (a month ago). We will definitely use him again when we need an irrigation specialist.

Called Mr. Clark on Friday, received a return call the next day. We set an appointment time for the following Monday. On Monday, Mr. Clark was running early, so he called and checked to see if he could come out 30 minutes early. After a two minute tour of the yard and quick discussion of likely problem areas, Mr. Clark and his team repaired our system in less than 45 minutes. His work was fantastic and his pricing was very fair.

Mr. Clark showed up on time and he and his assistant immediately got to work identifying what needed to be done and starting on the repair. I had a very pleasant conversation with Mr. Clark about the issue and the repairs. I also asked him about a control box and my desire to replace the box. He suggested a good replacement box that fit our needs and was affordable. At this point, I went back to work (I work from home) and after a while he told me that they would need to come back out another day in order to let the pipe work they performed set. I actually really appreciated this since I would prefer things to be done right rather than just rushed through. He came back out at a later point in the week as agreed and finished up the repairs, installed the new control box and checked the rest of the sprinkler heads. I found him pleasant to work with, professional, honest, affordable and very skilled at his trade. I would suggest him to friends and family without reservation and if I need further work I will be calling him again.

They not only fixed the sprinkler head but checked out the whole system and fixed 2 other sprinkler heads. They also adjusted all so they watered properly. I was very happy with the work and the price.
