Clark Irrigation Systems

Arrived at appointed time (8AM), received my ideas of what was needed, put his man, Jacinto, to work fixing the system, and by 9:30 AM were finished. Charged me much less than I anticipated (based on work performed several years ago by any company), and left me a very happy man. Steve has very high standards and is very responsible. His main man, Jacinto, is amazing.

It took a little less than 2 hours. He sized up the problem pretty quick and fixed it. He then checked my spray patterns etc. Good work at a fair price!

Mr. Clark called me and asked if he could come earlier on Saturday and of course I said "yes". They were there for almost 3 hours and managed to located the fuse box (located in the front yard) that controlled the back yard zone that had stopped working. I have lived in my home for less than 2 years and a map of the sprinkler system is the one thing I did not get from the previous owners. Whoever put in the 2nd sprinkler system, did not remove the 1st one which made locating all the correct zones and fuse boxes even more challenging. But they did it and replaced 9 heads, shut off one part of a system that was always getting run over by trash trucks, etc., did a complete check of the system and then Mr. Clark showed me how to program my system as well as where the backup battery was located, etc. Have already referred them to 2 friends. Awesome job.

Steve and one member of his team showed up promptly Saturday morning and within an hour had completed the necessary work. They checked all the sprinkler heads and water pressure, adjusted several and replaced three heads. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I will use the in the future and would recommend them.

On 08/07 Wednesday at 3PM, I noticed water seaping from the ground running down the curb. My son & I dug up around a control valve box to see if we could do the repair. At 4PM, I decided to contact a irrigation repair service. I logged into Angies List. I found several repairs companies listed. I called several and no answer. I called Clark Irrigation & I got an immediate answer. The gentleman said Saturday at 10AM was the first appointment. I scheduled it. Immediately after getting off the phone, I then decided to call a licensed plumber to see if I could get someone out sooner. I found a local plumber on Angies List. If the plumber could repair the problem then I would cancel Sat appointment. The plumber showed up at 8PM, very prompt due to last minute. He found the leak which wasn't the irrigation but the main water service line. He fixed the leak however the previous sprinkler install company that installed the system did a horrible job on the feed to the sprinkler from the main service line. The plumber was confused to how the plumbing worked in the irrigation system. When he plumbed it back we had no water to the house. So he bypassed the sprinkler until he could come back to figure it out. It was late & he said he would be back the next day or at least by early Sat morning. Sat morning my door bell rang at 10AM. It was Clark Irrigation. I decided to let them have a stab at fixing the sprinkler system. 1 1/2 hour later the door bell rang and I was informed it was fixed. I was expecting a $200 to $300 bill. It was only $171.65 parts & labor. I am very pleased.

Very good job. Friendly and honest. Got to the house a little early on fixed everything in the rain.

I would definitely use him again. He was really good and really cheap. The fuse blew the day after he had come out and he came out and fixed it for free so he's really good. We bought the house as a foreclosure so lots of the stuff on the house no one could explained and we didn't know and he came and looked at the sprinkler system and he said there is no cheaper, worse sprinkler system than the one they put in our house so he told us to kind of just expect this to happen but a whole rip out and repair would be ridiculously costly but he just kind of gave us a forewarning. He knew exactly what system it was the minute he looked at it and he said to anticipate problems but they actually haven't been too bad. He's the guy I would definitely go to again if I had any trouble.

Called at 11am. Steve Clark answered the phone personally from his cell. I had a broken head that was flooding my neighbors children's play area so really wanted it fixed quickly. Steve said he'd try his best to fit me into his schedule same day and also offered back up appointments if he couldn't. Called back to confirm he would make it same day and what time...showed up when he said he would, checked the system and fixed the problem quickly, showed me the broken parts removed and did it all within an hour.

They were very quick and found out what the problem were and fixed it.

Steve and his assistant came out to fix our sprinkler system within three days of me calling him. They are good guys. Steve explains details of what he does and why clearly. His rates are reasonable. He had all the necessary parts in his truck ahead of time. He charges by the quarter hour.

Service was day after my call, quick and on time. I would recommend Clark to anyone that asks.

We sourced Clark irrigation using Angie's List. Steve and Estancio made an appointment to come and fix our drip system. Steve and Estancio were on time and quickly repaired the drip system. They were very thorough and made sure the system was in good working order before they left. It was a great experience!

By luck I got a same day appointment which was great. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Got everything fixed in less than an hour. Sprinkler is working well and it was a good price. Slight mark down on professionalism just because the owner complained about past customers and reviews. While I agree that sometimes people are unrealistic with reviews and expectations it is not appropriate discussion with current customer. But overall great service and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

After my wife ran the sprinklers to get ready to start the weekly watering, she found that some sprinkler heads were not popping up in the backyard and there was a puddle in the front by the main unit. After researching on Angie's List and finding that Clark Irrigation Systems go great reviews, I called Clark to schedule an appointment. He said the first available appointment was a week away. I reluctantly agreed since I wanted the issue fixed but wanted to use him because of the reviews. So we set the appointment for 8am a week later. I called back 30 mins. later and left a message asking if he could come earlier if he had a cancellation. He called back the next day and left a message saying if he did have a cancellation he'd call me and i was fine with that. But looks like there was no cancellations! The day of the appointment, he called 30 mins prior confirming our appointment. My wife met him and told him what was wrong. He immediately knew the problem and set about fixing it. It took him about 30 mins. We are very happy with the service and would use him again and would refer him as well.

He stated that there was a week long wait and would charge 100$ for a consultation. I asked of if there was anything sooner he said no, and hung up the phone on me. Very rude.

Absolutely wonderful. I called for service on Friday and was scheduled for Saturday. They even called Saturday to say they would be able to arrive early! So friendly, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were doing. Clearly have been doing this a long time. I would absolutely recommend them and call them again for any sprinkler/irrigation need. Job well done! I couldn't be happier!

On Sunday night, my husband discovered a problem with one of our sprinkler heads and the flow to that zone. He dug around that area and found a broken sprinkler pipe that was in need of repair. Monday, at 11:00 am, I gave Clark Irrigation a call and they were out here by 2:00 PM! The problem was fixed in no time. On top of that, for my piece of mind, they took the time to inspect the other zones and uncovered another broken sprinkler pipe and several heads that need a little TLC. I can't sing their praises loudly enough.

Called them about my sprinkler issue and they came out same day. Quickly located the issues and called me to go over the details. I gave them the thumbs up and they were done within the hour. Great Service!

They were good. They did an excellent job in doing the replacement. It was an attractive price. They took care of things in a timely manner. We had a minor problem and they came right out and fixed it the next day. It was an excellent value.

They arrived on time and went right to work. The area between my house and the neighbors was flooded and was very muddy. He kidded me about the mess, but didn't hesitate to get right in there and start digging. They worked almost 2 hours solid and it required a lot of digging and getting muddy. They had to dig up a box underneath my ground cover to find the cutoff valve. He gave me a tutorial on my sprinkler box (I just bought this house) and showed me the automatic rain sensor I didn't even know I had!! Mr. Clark was friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again!

We had a broken pipe in our sprinkler system. I contacted Clark, and set an appointment for 3/12/14. They arrived on time, and spoke to my wife. After locating the break, they notified her of other items requiring attention. They not only repaired the break, but also replaced a bad valve, moved a head that my family continually ran over when pulling into the driveway, and checked the entire system, replacing 6 heads. The work was completed timely and appears to be top notch.

Arrived a few minutes ahead of appointed time. A big plus as most service people come late or not at all. Tested entire lawn sprinkler system. Repaired broken line under flagstone walk and reset sprinkler head that was out of alignment with lawn. All flagstone was reset to previous placement. No mess left anywhere.

These folks are extremely professional. They actually showed up (a little) early! The job was completed perfectly and at a reasonable price. I will be using them again on other rental properties and my primary residence

We had an obvious leak outside, near the water meter. I called Clark Irrigation and they came out right away, dug the area, found the problem, and provided an estimated time and cost to fix the problem. This was done all on the phone while I was at work. They were very busy that day but had squeezed this job in between appointments, which made me happy. It turned out to be a little more involved, but they still completed everything in a few hours. We were happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.
