Description of Work: Arrived early and were professional. Overall a good job but missed two sprinkler heads the city inspector said needed to be changed out, and a couple heads that weren't aligned vertically to spray right. Price was higher than expected, but overall a better experience than I've had with other contractors here so far (recently moved here)

Description of Work: I had expected to get an estimate. But when I arrived at home to meet them my yard was already dug up and they had begun work. While I was able to pay for it, it was not in my budget to spend that much on the repair. Last I had requested help in setting the timer and they were unable/unwilling to do so. I also discovered subsequently that the unit needed a new battery. It seems to me they should have told me that and perhaps even replaced the battery while they were here charging me so much money.

Overall, a great job in a timely manner. Pricing was certainly fair for level of service. They are cheaper than some competitors and more expensive than others. Well worth the money to get it done right.

Description of Work: They came out because we thought we were having coverage issues with newish sod. It ended up that we need to water more for the next year. They did replace several rotary sprinklers and optimized sprinklers in several areas. We are also having them bid on a drip system for our foundation. They were prompt, courteous and addressed all of our needs. We will be using them again.

Description of Work: Since the sprinkler comes on late at night/early morning, we are not awake and assume it is working. On the morning of Saturday, May 22, I tried to turn on the system, but it would not work. I called the company that had supposedly fixed the rain sensor problem, got voice mail and left a message. It was never answered. I was busy, and the matter slipped my mind. On the evening of Wednesday, May 26, I tried to turn the system. It did not work so we left a message with that company, saying we had to leave for four days starting by 9:30 on Thursday. On the morning of Thursday, May 27, I again left a message. After having no response, I called several companies on your list. Mr.Clark responded, came out within an hour, said the problem was a bad rain sensor and removed it, saying it was bad and we really did not need it.He also said the previous repairman had made one bad connection and corrected it. When he turned on the system to check out that everything was working well, he noticed that one sprinkler head was not rotating. He replaced it with one that does a better job.

I reported a leak in my sprinkler system, which he said was probably the head but he verified that the sprinkler system and my house both had no leaks from observation of water meter for my residence.
