Overall, it went well. Prompt response. Courteous. Knowledgeable. They work fast and showed up exactly on time. No complaints.

Mr. Clark and his assistant was on time, very professional, and ready to work. When I arrived he checked entire irrigation system. I called him because we planted new sod in backyard. He had to move 1 head and make adjustments to ensure sod was being covered. While he was there he found a broken head in the front of my home. He repaired broken head and adjusted my sprinkler system to water based on new sod. Mr. Clark and his assistant are a great team and he is the best irrigation expert in the local area.

I wasn't sure how well my sprinkler system was working. He came out and took a look, then were able to fix the areas that needed to be fixed. I needed some changes in placement of the sprinkler heads as well, so my lawn would be watered more evenly. I was very pleased with the work. His prices were comparable to other companies. He wasn't very friendly, but he did exactly what he was supposed to do and arrived on time. When I scheduled the second appointment, he was supposed to work in the backyard as well as the front (he knew that's what was scheduled); ge arrived on time, then told me he would have to come back another time to finish the work, which I would've been charged extra for. After I talked to him about this, eventually he ended up taking a look at what needed to be finished, and it ended up taking him only a short amount of time. Overall, I'm happy with his services.

When I called I learned that they charge by the hour and can fix about 13 heads per hour. Also, they were available the next day! I was concerned that it would take longer because a few of our heads were quite burried under grass and dirt, but that did not seem to slow them down at all. They also arrived on time and were courteous and professional. We will call them with all our future sprinkler issues!

Clark Irrigation was great. After another company tried to charge me close to $600.00 by selling me services that were un-needed I called Clark Irrigation. It did take them a week to get to me but that is because they do their job at a fair price and are very busy. I was very happy with the fact that the technician from Clark took one look at my pipes and said, "oh we just need to rework the plumbing". They were out and done in less than 1.5 hours. This is a busy time of year and I had to schedule an appointment several days in advance. Mr. Clark and his crew showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and completed the job quickly. He answered all my questions and gave me lots of good advice about how to make minor repairs myself.

We had an issue with one of our irrigation sections not turning off properly, and the yard would flood while we were gone. I called Clark Irrigation and got the first available appointment. The guys arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started checking the irrigation system to locate the problem. While locating the problem, they also checked all of the sprinkler heads to make sure they were working properly. They located the failing valve and checked all of the other valves as well. They replaced the bad valve and at least 6 sprinklers heads. During the entire process, they showed me how to replace the valves and heads and told me where to go to get all of the supplies. They gave me great advice on how to check and maintain the irrigation system in the future. The entire process took less than an hour. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation to anyone needing irrigation services!!

Since we had just purchased the house a few months ago the system was new to us. Steve made sure I knew how to program it before he left. He also made sure all the heads were working properly. He was very pleasant and professional. Thanks Steve!

They showed up on time and went right to work. They located and repaired the broken valve so quickly, that they had time to relocate 2 sprinkler heads that were not part of the original work order. Before the project was complete, they provided useful tips and suggestions on how I can maintain and upgrade the sprinkler system on my own.

Our system had been operating sporadically and it would not reliably water as scheduled. The company first arrived and thoroughly checked each station on the system and determined that the 12 year old control box was the problem. They had a replacement on the truck and replaced it that morning. Also, several heads were broken and those were fixed as well. The new box performs very well. I found the company to be very responsive, friendly and reasonably priced. You might find cheaper, but these guys know what they are doing. I would recommend them.

The company is very honest and professional. We recently purchased and moved into a home built in 1997. My home inspector demonstrated a malfunction with our sprinkler system during our inspection. I called Clark Irrigation and scheduled a repair with Steve Clark. A couple of days before he was to arrive, I decided to run through my stations manually to better identify the problem for Steve. At that time I discovered the programming was incorrect and in fact, the system worked fine. I called Clark Irrigation and Steve was very professional regarding the cancelllation. The following day my sprinklers ran and were NOT SCHEDULED TO RUN so I called Steve again to reschedule. He diagnosed the problem with one question and I corrected it with no charge in 60 seconds. The issue was purely operator error on my part. When I do need irrigation repair (and I know I eventually will) IT WILL BE Clark Irrigation. I have his number in my cell phone. Thanks again Steve.

I love this company. I am currently renovating my home and yard and have had Clark Irrigation out on two different occasions. They are professional, polite, and their prices are very reasonable. Steve has been in the business for many years and knows exactly what he's doing. Unlike other companies I had bid on the work, they do not try to up-sell you on additional work that you don't need. I referred them to my Brother and he had a great experience too. I will be using them again in the very near future when I have a water line run into my courtyard.

Came out the morning after I called. Very personable and prompt. Didn't take to much time. Sprinklers are working fine now.

Appointment was easily made and punctually kept. All valves and heads were checked, and appropriate repairs made. Service personnel were courteous, efficient, and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Sprinkler system valve not working. Had Steve come out and locate buried valves. He was there early and started work. Very nice guy. I then asked what he charged. $90/hour plus parts. Seemed a bit expensive (I did not get other estimates), but he got the job done, replaced the valve and checked each zone of the system to make sure everything was working correctly. He found six heads that needed to be replaced. Finished in an hour and 15 minutes.

Great experience. Showed up early and finished all the work in an hour and a half. Had all the equipment and tools he needed to get the job done right away. Explained everything he was doing and why. Friendly and professional.

Great!! Called about 8:45 AM because I could hear water running in the ground and see water running down my sidewalk even though my irrigation system was off. They came out within a hour just to shut off the water supply and told me they'd be back 8:00 AM the next day to repair it (they were very busy that day and came out just to shut the water off). Arrived promptly at 8:00 and got right to work. They found some glue (this valve was replaced by another lawn irrigation company on 2/25/2011) that was causing the valve to stay open. After cleaning out the valve they inspected the entire system and made an adjustment to the rain sensor so that it has a better response time. I had a busted sprinkler pipe in the front yard. I called Clark Irrigation Systems and they were here in about an hour and half (on a Saturday). They fixed the pipe and then they took the extra step to go around the house and test all of the sprinkler heads and ended up needing to replace five of them. Now everything works correctly. Steve and his crew were very professional and friendly and did a quality job. I would highly recommend Clark Irrigation for any lawn sprinkler needs.

We called Steve on a hot Saturday afternoon after we realized that we had a geyser in the yard that we could not control. Steve arrived in approximately an hour and made the repairs quickly. He was very polite and courteous, and offered suggestions as to how we could address other non-critical issues with our 20 year old sprinkler system. We will definitely call him in the future.

Upon trying to reset my sprinkler system timer after a power outage, I discovered it was not working and probably hadn't been for about a week. Worried that my lawn would die immediately, I called Mr. Clark, who said he could be over the next day. I pleaded, stating my lawn was terribly thirsty and needed water, could he possibly come today. He said he would be over after a 4:30 appointment. He showed up about 6:00, immediately figured out the problem and fixed the timer, checked all of my sprinkler heads, replaced three that were not working properly and installed a new one where a line had been capped. Most of this was done while it was pouring down rain! He was personable, professional and very reasonable in his pricing.

My sprinkler system had stopped working totally. All it did was click really loud. He listened as I explained the symptoms and went to inspect the control box. It was showing an error on the display. He replaced it and it worked perfectly. He offered to replace the entire box with the new one but I opted to just replace the part that was broken and keep the new box handy in case the other main electronic part goes bad. He said that the new 3-year warranty was in place either way. While he was working on the box, his helper went around and inspected and made several adjustments to sprinkler heads as they came on. He also reprogrammed the system for the dates/times I wanted. He knew what he was doing and I am happy with the result.
