overall everthing was excellentthet arrived a little early and immediately went to work on finding the bad control valve. Once that repair was completed they went through each zone and repaired and adjusted each head for better coverage. The results were amazing, the coverage is 100% better now. Did'nt realize how bad off the system was until they repaired it. Great job

I was unsuccessful to contact Clark Irrigation Services via their website so I had to schedule an appointment via telephone. Mr. Clark arrived as scheduled. After inspecting our system, he went to purchase materials while one of his employees started working on the repairs. We were very satisfied with his work and all sprinklers are now watering where they are supposed to water.

I was very pleased with their responseness, flexibility, and cost. They were even considerate enough to return the soil back to the hole which i had dug prior to contacting them to complete the repair. I will certainly contact them again for any future irrigation issues or needs.

Clark's Irrigation was the second company that I called. The first, Andy's, was booked until a week later and wouldn't make time for an emergency repair. Clark's agreed to come out the next morning. They were scheduled for 10am and arrived 15 minutes early. The business owner was a bit gruff in his manner but warmed up as the job progressed. His technician was very good. They found the problem quickly and fixed it just as fast. They also replaced several sprinkler heads that were sticking. I asked them to take a look at another non-working valve that fills the pool. This was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I expected to spend more than they charged me and was pleasantly surprised. If you need repairs done, look no further. This is a good company to have in your contact list.

They were honest their prices were reasonable and they did not try to up-sell me. I have nothing negative to say about them, I would use Clark Irrigation again.

Steve and his employee showed up to work 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time which was great. He immediately diagnosed the problem areas I had pointed out. They got to work quick in fixing/digging up the bad sprinkler heads. They made sure to replace all of the grass and mud properly so you can barely tell they even dug it up to begin with. Overall, Steve is very professional and does quality work for a competitive price. I will definitely be calling him again in the future for any problems that may arise.

I called on Sunday afternoon and made an appointment for Monday at 9:30 AM. They were here at 9:30 AM sharp and the job was completed by noon. The job was completed as promised. Overall an excellent job. I will always use Clark Irrigation for my lawn sprinkler needs.

Steve Clark, the owner gave a rough quote over the phone, $500, on Friday 2/17/12. Steve and assistant showed up on time Saturday, and worked 4.5 hrs in the rain. Straight talk, no sales hype, pragmatic response. Additional work was required to get system back up and running. Final bill $610. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation for sprinkler work.

When the sprinkler system started on Wednesday morning, a valve got stuck and it didn't shut off. Fortunately my neighbor turned it off manually. When I called Steve on Thursday morning and described the situation he knew exactly what had happened. He was able to come out later that day and checked out the entire system. He found one head that had been totally destroyed when the fence was repaired and replaced that as well as the sticky heads that wouldn't pop down after the system finished. He also discovered the "manual" command on the box didn't work. Gave me some good advice on what to get to replace the control box when it went out totally.

This is the second time I've used Clark Irrigation. The first time I used him (2 years ago) great service. He is the one that actually advertized Angie's List to me. Been using it ever since. For this service, I e-mailed Steve on Wednesday, received a phone call that afternoon, and had service scheduled for Thursday morning. He was 3 minutes early. Steve and his assistant looked at the box and diagnosed the problem immediately. He then proceeded to tell me, "now if you hear XXX when we go into the yard, the problem is the box." Sure enough... He even validated the diagnosis moving some of the zones around to be sure he had isolated the problem correctly. Once everything was confirmed and we knew it was the box, he did additional consolidation on the zones (had too many unnecessarily) to get me the smaller control box and saved me $130 additional dollars for the part. Once the box was installed, they inspected all the heads and replaced 3. Finally, they raised 2 valve boxes that had sunk into the ground too far. Polite, professional, timely, fair priced, local small business...just the way I like it.

As always, Steve showed up when he said he would and got the job done! I highly recommend him.

Very punctual and professional! They really knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the work and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything about the job done by this company was outstanding - those "A" scores I posted were all completely earned. When I made the appoinment Mr. Clark set an exact hour to start. Mr. Clark and a helper arrived early (!) after calling to make sure and early arrival was OK. The price per hour for the work was fair, but the key was the speed of the work and the low total hours spent. When the work was finished I could barely see where they had disturbed the turf; no mounds of dirt or any debris was left. The price charged for parts was very fair, about the same as I would have spent getting to the store and buying them myself. Mr. Clark recommended that I change out my very out-dated and undersized controller (I have an eight station controller and one of the controller stations is wired to operate both valves in two of my nine irrigation stations). Most contractors would have pressured me to buy this item from them at a mark up, but Mr. Clark recommended a particular unit to buy locally and install myself. Mr. Clark also outlined some options I had to try to recover some of the money I have paid to the city for the leaking water. If the city policy allows this, I may recover a large part of the cost of the repairs. Overall, I am delighted to find an honest, highly competent and dependable contractor for this work. I give Clark Irrigation Systems my very highest recommendation.

GREAT! Clark Irrigation Systems was here on time, efficient and very reasonable for the amount of the work completed. We have been bled dry by another irrigation repair company over the past four years. Not any more. Clark Irrigation Systems will be the only company we call from now on. Thank you so much for restoring our faith in irrigation repair companies.

I called the company on a Saturday afternoon. Steve the owner actually answered in person. We agreed on a time, 4:30 on Monday. I loved the fact he didn't give me a window such as between noon and 5. Steve and his assistant pulled up at 4:29. They had my broken pipe fixed in about 20 min. Then the assistant checked all of my sprinkler heads and found four that were leaking. They charged me for the parts, which were about what I haves paid for them at Lowes. Over all, pipe fixed, 4 sprinkler heads replaced and a raised head put in because the other head was being blocked by a bush. total bill, $110. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I had a sprinkler leak that turned out to be a broken valve. About 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, I got a call saying they were running behind by 30 minutes. I'm not for certain, but I think this is the first time I got a call from anyone saying they'd be late. To me, 30 minutes either way is expected. The work was quickly completed and all of the sprinkler stations were checked. I highly recommend this company!

Very quick and courteous response to call. We have a large and complex sprinkler system that they immediately began to troubleshoot effectively. Quickly located the source of a leak that had created a very large, muddy mess in our yard. Excellent work! Such a relief! We will be calling them again should the need arise.
