great and professional job, fair price.

The price was more than fair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I think he could charge more than he does given the great service he provides. My only regret is that I wasted a day waiting for a "friend" to come and do the work for me. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation Services for any type of sprinkler or water line repairs. You won't be disappointed.

I called Clark Irrigation because a plumbing company found that I have a water leak and suggested that it could be in the irrigation system; the plumbing company recommended a bunch of companies, but when I asked them to pick their top choice (since I didn't want to cull through a bunch of companies), they said Clark Irrigation is who they would pick first. The owner came out early the next morning. The leak was very very slow and took a lot of patience on Steve's part to assess whether it was an irrigation leak. It was not. Pointing out that I was already paying for him to be here (and his diagnosis had taken only 10 minutes), he asked if I wanted him to check out the entire system. I did. He did not identify any specific problem, but there were things I wanted adjusted. In short, he was prompt, thorough, and even though he had opportunities to recommend work that I didn't need, he was straight-up and honest.

Arrived on time and gave me some money saving tips. Really listened to what I was saying and didn't seem rushed. Professional and knew what he was talking about.

I had a very specific window of time at home, and Steve was able to squeeze us into his schedule the day after my call. He arrived on time, did a thorough review of our sprinkler system (problems we had noticed, and some we had not), and then began the repairs. He clearly explained the issues and answered all of my questions. I did have a little bit of sticker shock when he gave me the Invoice, but there was quite a bit of work to be done...and everything is working well. From past experience with other sprinkler repairmen...I assumed that I would have to pay with a check, but Steve accepts credit cards! I'll remember that for next time, and collect some airline miles!

They were in and out in 2.5 hours and I was able to get to work on time. I would definitely recommend them. Being a woman, I have been taken advantage and charged way too much for work that has been poorly done or not done at all. They were prompt, efficient, professional and charged a fair price.

Steve was punctual even though I wasn't. I left flags on the sprinklers that I needed riseres for. I came about 15 mins late and they were already working when I pulled up. We had discussed over the phone the problems I was having and decided what was the best thing to do. They did an excellent job and even returned later that day to re-do one of the sprinklers. Steve talked with my husband regarding how to set the zones for watering when we called him. He is very knowledgeable and walked my husband through how to reset the different zones over the phone since I had forgotten to mention it at the time he was here. We had set A, B & C thinking they would work on different days but what happened was that they watered all the zones 3 times consecutively. Our water bill was sky high and now we know why. It never stopped watering until it had watered 3 times rather than once. Professioanal and excellent job they did for us. Steve has a great personality even though I read a couple of reviews that said he was short and curt. I didn't experience that at all, in fact I learned he loves dogs, got along great with my dog Gracie. Steve has 4 dogs himself, volunteers for the SPCA and keeps dogs until they are adopted and has a wonderful wife. I give him an overall A+ and my husband said that's unbelievable since I am so "picky" about everything. So that's my review on Clark Irrigation A+

First of all they were ontime (actually early) and ready to go. All issues were resolved in a timely and professional fashion. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation.

They arrived a few minutes before their scheduled arrival time (a big plus). They had the parts on the truck to replace the heads I had asked for in advance. They were in and out in 20 minutes.

I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from Clark Irrigation. We received thorough, honest and prompt service at a fair price. I contacted Steve to replace the control box on my 15+ year old sprinkler system that had gone out in the middle of a drought. He arrived an hour early, after contacting me to make sure it was okay, and quickly replaced the old unit with a nice, new, feature-rich one. But then only one of the four zones would work. After troubleshooting for about twenty minutes, he and his assistant found the problem (a cut wire elsewhere in the system) and got it all running. They checked and adjusted the system and left me with what I thought was great service at an impressive value. Steve is very personable and professional. You can tell he's very experienced and honest. I will definitely use Clark again when I need irrigation repair or service.

Clark arrived on time and started testing all sprinkler zones, identified couple of sprinkler heads where adjustments were required and then got to the area where water would leak when the sprinkler was switched on. The sprinkler leak was a minor issue, it was just the joint to which the sprinkler head attaches that was cracked. So he replaced the cracked connection within 10 minutes and the sprinkler leak was fixed. Then he mentioned to me that I got "off" real cheap with such a small issue, but then turned around and said that he would charge me his flat hourly rate of $ 95 and give me the angie's list discount of $10. He then finished up with raising a sprinkler head above the neighboring bush and changed the sprinkler cap on one of the sprinklers to prevent water being thrown out onto the street. With parts and labor he charged me $ 93.43 for a job finished in 20 minutes.

I called in an attempt to schedule someone to come out and look at our sprinkler system which needs a double shut off valve replaced. The man who answered was very short, told me they do not do estimates and that very few people will and I asked if I told him what was going on if he could give me an idea of what they might charge. He said he could but that he was on a job. He did not offer to call me back later and hung up.

I was very impressed with the service provided. I thought the price was extremely fair. Hooray! I have a new sprinkler compay I can count on.

Excellent service. Stopped by my house an hour after I talked to him to shut off the water. Set up an appointment for two days later to replace the valve. He called on the day of service and said he was ahead of schedule and came early. Everything went smoothly.

Steve showed up earlier than he said he and listened to what my problem was. He hooked up a valve locator at the control panel and located the valve that was not working. This job was a little more complex that most in that the problem was not the valve or the solenoid... it was actually a broken wire. He was able to locate the break and fix the wire efficiently and effectively.

Clark was right on time. Spotted the problem right away and got to work. (When other people said that they have to use a $500 device to find the problem) Clark cleaned out the valve, there were some small stones inside of it. But, this did not fix the problem and so the valve had to be replaced. He finished the work in less than an hour. Very professional and great service. He even offered me the $10 coupon that I missed to print. Great service, great work. A+++.

We were called that he was running a bit late (just 15 minutes) - but were given plenty of notice.Mr. Clark was very friendly and professional. He was very patient and answered all my questions about sprinkler settings. As his coworker finished up the job, we shot the bull for a while. All unknown issues were pointed out during the job.

Mr. Clark and his technician arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem with loose wires that were causing 3 zones to not operate. They also fixed a broken PVC pipe near one head and lowered the height of 3 sprinker heads. They were both very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend using Clark Irrrigation.

Mr. Clark came out with his employee. The owner gave all the orders and was standing around while the worker did everything. As this was going on he proceeded to talk with me and basically was shooting the bull with all kinds of stuff. He said that he had to pay Angie's List a significant amount of money each month. Last time I checked you can't pay to be on Angie's list. If this were true, then well, let's not even go there. At one point as we were conversating in the garage he was leaning on my brand new car with his elbow against the trunk. The car was not a pinto. I wanted to confront him but being from a polite background and sometimes being non confrontational it persisted but I think after a while he realized that it was rude and that I was becoming a bit ticked off and so he decided to come to his senses before I'd have to put him in a headlock. To make a long story short bed side manners were lacking and the overall experience can be described in nice terms unprofessional. It would have been nice had he pointed out all the sprinkler heads that were actually replaced or repaired even if the costs of each were minimal. I do know that a couple of months have passed by and with the water restrictions the sprinkler system hasn't been used a whole lot. What I have found out is that the first station doesn't shut off when it should or it continues to run as the other stations turn on. I will call another company to have this looked at. This can be probably traced back to the poor workmanship and the fact that he's hired someone that he found standing on the corner of home depot who doesn't speak any English. I decided to call this company after seeing some positive reviews and am baffled as to see that he gets an "A" rating.

If you need home sprinkler system repairs done well at a reasonable price, call Clark Irrigation ASAP because this guy is busy. There's a reason for that. He's done work on my system 2 times now, fixing different issues over the past 2 summers. Each time the repair was done correctly and the price was very reasonable. This time I had 1 zone in the back yard that would not put out enough water and they quickly identified the problem as an old valve (probably 30 years old). It was quickly replaced and the rest of my system was tested and one other sprinkler head was found to be a problem and replaced in the front yard (didn't even know about that one). You'll be happy if you use Clark Irrigation. I am.

At the outset I described the problems I knew of. I provided extra parts that I had for them to use. Mr. Clark spoke to me or sat in his truck while his assistant performed all of the work. I told them I needed them to evaluate if any new heads needed to be installed to cover areas. After the system was running and they were double checking each zone and head, Mr. Clark asked me about a head that should be inthe corner of my yard. I told him I did not know, it could be capped off but that I wanted him to check it. My biggest mistake was taking Mr. Clark's word that they were complete. I should have walked around and inspected each head and zone. After Mr. Clark left I saw they had not replaced the missing corner head. After my sysytem ran for a couple of cycles I discovered a large stream oif water shooting in the air at this corner location. The water pipe was not capped off. Additionally I found several heads that were not adjusted. I still have water hitting my fence and I still question if extra heads should have been installed for better coverage. Overall, the price was good but as the saing goes, you get what you pay for. I would noit recommend this company contrary to the original Angie's list reviews I read that made me choose this company. I was too angry with this poor service to call them back. I made the broken pipe repair myself and will be calling another company to come and fine tune the system to better meet my expectations.
