Returned my call for service promptly and came out the next day. It started raining the day of valve repair and I did not notice I still had a leak until the next day. Called him back up and he immediately knew why it was still leaking (something about a very small percentage of valve repairs had this issue... lucky me.) Told me he would be back that day to fix and I did not need to be home. I didn?t even know he was here, just saw leak was fixed the next day and so far so good on the work performed. Mr. Clark gave me some information on my current system and although some of my sprinkler heads are older style and could be replaced, they do work and he did not try to upsell to replace and instead advised they will be fine and I can replace as they break. I will definitely be using Clark Irrigation for all my future repairs and system upgrades.

We had an old sprinkler system that had not worked for several years. I had gotten several estimates where I was advised to just start from scratch and put in a new system which was outside my budget and not something I was willing to do. Steve assured me that they could "bring my system back from the dead" and that is exactly what they did. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and got to work immediately. It was a mess. They ran into some unexpected challenges and it appeared that the system had been installed by a previous homeowner rather than by professionals. That created some interesting issues. Once they got things replaced and re-routed we ended up with the sprinkler system I have been dreaming about since we bought the house 8 years earlier. Steve showed me how to use the new controller and answered any questions my husband and I had. We have called to get a sprinkler head adjusted and another time because we discovered a hidden sprinkler head in the backyard. Steve was back out the same day both times we called and fixed us right up. We are extremely pleased with the work, the price and the service. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation.

Mr Clark showed up on time. He new exactly what needed to be fixed, and explained everything to me. He even gave me advice on replacing my aging (30 years!) control box myself to save some money. Repairs went smoothly and took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was impressed with the knowledge base of Mr Clark, and definitely recommend his service.

I was very impressed with Steve's professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation Systems. On the day of service, Steve called and asked if it was OK to come 1 hour early. Since I was already home for another service to be done at our home, it was a perfect arrangement. Steve and his colleague worked diligently when they came to fix the sprinkler system.First Steve and his colleague checked the electrical system to make sure that it was working properly. Then, they proceeded to check the different zones for leaks and issues. Steve diagnosed that the 3 nonworking zones were due to faulty valves since the initial electrical check did not highlight any electrical issue. After replacing all 3 valves, the water in the nonworking zone was still pulsing intermittently. Steve and his colleague continued to debug and root cause the problem to the faulty electrical module. Since Steve believed that he should have caught the faulty electrical module during the initial electrical check, he would not charged me for the 3 valves and the labor for replacing them (approximately $250). I am grateful to have found such an honest and excellent service here in North Dallas area and highly recommend other Angie's members to use Clark Irrigation Systems for their sprinkler service.

Very well. We were/are most pleased.

Our sprinkler system was in need of coverage adjustment. The lawn care service had previously made adjustments, but we were still getting water on the windows and the driveway. We contacted Clark after a thorough review of other Irrigation companies reviewed on Angie's List. They were very prompt in responding to our call, and came to our house just days after our initial contact. Mr. Clark reviewed our needs and his helper did most of the adjustments and replacements. They saw some problems that we had not earlier identified and resolved all of our issues very quickly, including the drip emitters for our containers. Overall, they were most efficient and we will use them again, as we intend to replace our control box with a more updated "smart" box in the near future.

Clark was on time, friendly and did the work in a timely manner.

Great as usual. I've used Clark Irrigation 3 times now and Steve's the first call I make whenever I need some work done. He always calls back and arrives when he says he will. Everything needed to make the repair is on the truck and they get the work done quickly. Prices have been reasonable. I don't even bother calling anyone else.

We got the water turned off and began calling around different companies, only to get mostly messages. Luckily the sixth company I called was Clark Irrigation, where spoke to Mr. Clark. He agreed to stop by and look at the problem. Within a few minutes he was here, found that three sprinkler valves were buried within a massive cluster of very large tree roots causing the break in the line and making a simple repair impossible. The repair would involve re-routing the main sprinkler supply line, as well as installing new valves, and re-routing the output from the valves to the affected zones. I took the opportunity to have every sprinkler head assembly replaced (54+ heads), added a few more heads, and installed a new controller that turned out to be super simple to program (the old one was a nightmare). When the job was done, the sprinklers worked better than they have ever worked, and we have owned this house for almost 20 years. I am so incredibly happy with the sprinkler system now that I am looking forward to this spring. We now have full and complete coverage, which we never had before. we always had some areas where the grass and planter did not receive enough water, and had to be watered by hand. What a pain ! I could go on, and on about how happy I am that I found Clark Irrigation, but I will end with this : The entire process took two days due to all the digging involved, the job turned out exactly as promised, even better actually. Mr Clark did exacly what he said he was going to do, and it was done very quickly, and it was done for the amount promised. I would recommend Mr. Clark to ANYONE! I have dealt with many local companies over the years, represented by people that promised to come back to do this or do that, never to be seen again. This was a shocker for me, dealing with someone who did exactly what they promised without taking shortcuts, and without price creep! Thank You Mr. Clark for the outstanding job!!!! I only recently joined Angie's list, but I am very happy I found you there.

Do make sure the contractor is familiar with your brand of system

They were great. Actually got same day service when my sprinklers had a zone that was stuck on and the sprinkler shut off valve wasn't working. They were done with the work in under an hour (also had them align and replace my bad heads) and the total tab was around $100. Strongly recommend this company.

Wen't very well. They gave me a price and time frame over the phone and they stuck to that. Thankfully, I was well prepared. I had the plans for my system and knew the exact locations of the lines and valves for them. That apparently makes a big difference in price and how long it takes them to do the job. The guys were very professional and friendly. They were on time and got to work right away. They weren't just standing around doing nothing either, even when we ran into issues and we had to wait for one guy to get back from the store, the other guy found some other work he could be doing and just kept right on working. I never felt like the time I was paying for was being wasted.

Given that this was a holiday week/weekend, they answered the phone promptly (on a Friday night) and were right on time the next day. I couldn't have asked for more. They even offered me the Angie's List $10 off (which I was unaware of) without me asking for it. They were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend using Clark Irrigation.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. The service person came out a few days after the initial call, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem with our system that had not worked in two years, He got it running and provided additional answers to other questions concerning the system. We felt like the job was done well and we would call this company again.

Answered on the first call. Was on time for appointment. Very professional. I had a bad valve on my sprinkler system. Explained exactly what he was doing and what it would cost. I had him replace the malfunctioning heads while he was there as well. Very happy with the work. After he left I found a leak in another part of the yard so I called him back to see if he could look at that. He said he would try to get back by later in the day. I never heard from him again. I assumed if he couldn't make it he would call and let me know so we could schedule another appointment. I guess he was busy.

Mr. Clark arrived at the exact time he promised which was 7:45 on a Saturday morning. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently explaining my sprinkler problems and proposed solutions as they worked. They finished in an expeditious fashion and charged a fair price. I had used Andy's before and found them expensive and rude (they assume you know nothing about what they do). This time, I tried to find someone local. Mr. Clark answered the phone himself and was here the next day to fix the challenge. He and his assistant proceeded to test our system and make all the necessary repairs quickly and cleanly.

The repair went without a hitch. Upon arrival, Clark Irrigation consulted with my wife, saw the wet area around the leak and began to dig in that area. They found the junction of the valve and water supply pipe cracked, repalced the parts and tested to make sure everything worked.

Identified and fixed problem in less than an hour. Very pleased.

They arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I thought my yard would be all torn up but they replaced the sod on the areas where they had to dig.

Two individuals arrived at the schedule time, assessed what needed to be done. I had a couple of sprinker heads that were busted, a busted pipe and some faulty wireing. They completed the work in 2.5 hourst at $95 hour plus the cost of parts. All was left as they found it.

Fixed a leak in the sprinkler line. Cleaned, replaced heads/rotor, and made adjustments to the entire system.
