Clark Irrigation Systems

Steve Clark and his assistant were professional and thorough. They checked each zone and adjusted as necessary, replacing sprinkler heads as required and requested. They checked the sprinkler head extensions around the landscaping and altered the heights for best coverage. We have used them before and will again. Highly recommend them.

Mr. Clark and his assistant diagnosed the problem with in minutes of arrival, defective system control box. They replaced the system controller, performed an overall system test to ensure everything was working properly, corrected, replaced or adjusted each sprinkler head and then walked me through the programming and operation of the new control box. Mr. Clark and his assistant were both very professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use his company again or recommend him to family and friends.

I had broken a sprinkler line while installing a fence post. I called Clark Irrigation Systems and scheduled a late afternoon appointment. Early on in the day he called to tell me the current job they were working would run over. He was a just few minutes late - hardly enough to warrant the call from him but it was appreciated. Clark Irrigation has a one hour minimum policy, which I feel is more than fair, and it took them just a few minutes to dig up the broken line and repair the break. For the remainder of the hour they ran a check on the system, adjusting each head, digging up and raising those heads which were not spraying properly due to the head being too far below ground, and lastly adjusted the overall water pressure resulting in more of my lawn being watered than before. Bottom line, even without repairing the broken pipe, the system check and adjustments were more than worth the cost. Lastly, I was comfortable enough to recommended them to my daughter when their sprinkler system failed.

This is the 4th time we have used Clark Irrigation Systems for 5+ years (different residences). Steve Clark has always been professional and does an excellent job with our antiquated sprinkler systems. His work ethics are above and beyond most. We will continue to use Steve for all of our sprinkler needs.

It was fine. He had to go to the supply house to pick up a faucet. He bought the best -- one that would not freeze. We thought it was a bag sprinkler but with his years of knowledge he realized that it really was a backyard faucet that had been covered up for 10 years. Very pleased with his work. Showed up early ( a first) and we discussed the problem I had previously discussed with 3 supposed irrigation companies before. But, what I have realized every swinging "you know what" who has a lawn mowing business thinks they are sprinkler system experts. They are not! Everything they did and said was wrong. I had thought so but was not knowledgeable enough to argue with them. Steve knows irrigation, the best part was talking to someone who actually knew what they were talking about! For the first ime in 15 years, my system dioes not leak, all my zones are correct and I have a prefectly working system. Thanks Steve and Angies List

I call to cancel and then Steve makes me feel like I have been unfair to him and why did I even make the appt then!!!! The audacity of this man to berate me because I'm calling to cancel. 7-12-13 I receive this text from Steve....mind you, I have not contacted him one time after cancellation call "just wanted you to know how its gone so since you made that nasty report on Angies list about me two weeks ago 70% call you a flake 30% call you a b**** :) and you helped a bunch Now people call and they don't like the appointment time they told me they will check around and call back!" This now becoming harassment....this man has my address and had obviously saved my phone number. Should I be scared that he will now do something to me or my home? Angies List? Please advise because I don't know what to do about this guy Steve....holy crap. All this because I called in advance to cancel? I can not believe this guy text me this tonight. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE OF STEVE...THIS IS NOT ONLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT NOW ITS HARRASSMENT

Mr. Clark and his assistant arrived a little early. They checked on the problem, but I had turned the water off. They turned the water back on and said that they would need to return later that day. They arrived when they said they would. Apparently, the problem has resolved itself for the time being. Mr. Clark is extremely conscientious and professional. He is on my speed dial!

Very pleasant experience overall. Easy to schedule the appointment and he called when he was on his way to say he was running a bit early. Arrived as promised and got straight to work. Work took about 2 hours. We had a list from the City stating which sprinklers were broken and he also found 2 additional ones and repaired them for us as well. Reasonable price and professional. Wild definitely recommend to others!

All of the reviews on AL are absolutely true about Clark Irrigation, they are a great company to work with for any repairs needed. Steve, the owner, called me to say he would be early if that was ok. He came by and started the full system check with his helper. They identified broken heads, spray patterns, and troubleshot through the issues with 2 of my zones. It was determined the valves themselves needed to be replaced. 1.5 hours later, all of the above work was completed. Steve is not just there to take your money, but truly seems interested in helping. He is consultative too, which is great for those homeowners who want to learn a little something. He discussed my water pressure being very high and how I could make my system more efficient with this high pressure. Steve even called me later in the evening to ensure he mentioned where the reset button was located on the control box in the case faults came up in the future. Very upstanding company and I will for sure use them in the future. They are the epitome of AL and finding great companies to work with, especially hard to do this day in age unfortunately. I highly recommend Clark Irrigation.

I haven't run the system yet because we've had rain. They were very professional. They called because they had a cancelled appointment and were able to get me in.

I cannot give enough praise to Clark Irrigation! They are the most experienced, skilled, honest, dependable, hard working, fair priced, very quick to diagnose, fantastic company I have ever had to hire! I found them on Angie's list and we hired them to repair sprinkler station that was leaking water at my mother-in-laws house - they did a fantastic job so when our system stopped working, I hired them to come repair ours - they came out and diagnosed the problem in a matter of a few minutes and quickly proceeded to make the necessary repairs which were wiring issues - my sweet, bless her heart, mother-in-law had worked in our back yard removing vines and weeds and in doing so, she happened to cut the wires from our timer to the sprinkler valves - they reconnected the wires (which were wired incorrectly to begin with with the system not being grounded correctly), located, dug up, and re-wired the main control valve to proper grounded connections, replaced a bad sprinkler head, and tested the entire system for any other issues - one of the main things I noticed is that they don't "jury rig" repairs, they do the job right.. leaving you system in better long lasting condition than it was before! I will use them exclusively for any future work and recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Clark Irrigation!!!

Steve and his long-time employee arrived at 7:55 AM, surveyed the job and started diging to located the leak. They found the leak, installed about two feet of new pipe plus a "slip-fix" coupling. They left about 9:30 am with job complete. Great job! Steve gave me an invoice for $10.00 materials, $.82 tax and $150.00 labor. I was so pleased with the work and the small amount that he charged, so I wrote him a check for $185.00 and off they rode in his Chevy pickup to their next appointment which he said was scheduled for 10 AM.

Owner was prompt, efficient, friendly, and fairly priced. We had several malfunctioning sprinkler heads, they checked the whole system and cleaned out/fixed all problems.

Great service. Steve Clark called ahead when traffic was going to make him a few minutes late. It seems that Steve and his long-time partner are the only crew, so you get the knowledge and expertise of their years in the business.

I was concerned about how this was going to go as they were 30 minutes late with no phone call. However Steve, the owner, apologized profusely for being late. We called them to fix a zone that wasn't working. They fixed that zone and performed a system check. They found problems during the check and fixed those as well. They were at the house for about an hour. They were friendly, thorough, neat and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!!!!

Entire experience was very good. Mr. Clark answered my call himself, listened to my description of the problem and knew exactly what to bring to perform the repairs. They dug out the old valve and replaced the working mechanism, replaced another faulty head, and tested the entire system. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and price.

We had a very old manual programmer and the motor finally gave out. The replacement went very smoothly. Mr. Clark arrived early. He was fair and efficient and gave my husband a lot of information, both about our antique programmer and the one he was replacing it with. He also tested the entire systems and replaced a few heads. We'll be using him again.

I called and scheduled the inspection of issues with my sprinklers...work was performed as stated, with multiple parts replaced and each station adjusted until working correctly.

Mr. Clark answered my call and took all the necessary details to come and preform the work. His schedule was busy and so was mine. We agreed that he would come on a certain date and time. He called on his way and said he was about 30 minutes away and might be a few minutes late arriving at the scheduled time. He was maybe 10 minutes later than the original time promised. This is like BEING ON TIME to me, especially with service providers. The necessary work was performed to repair the broken valve and to examine and adjust the entire system. Looks like I'm ready for summer. I'm pleased that my system is in good working order.

They fit me into their schedule on short notice, arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and did a good job. I will use them for all future sprinkler/irrigation problems.

Clark was very professional and clear in communicating price per head replacement and their hourly labor rate. I would use them again.
