When the guys showed up, they asked me if there were any problem areas. They turned my sprinkler system on, one zone at a time. They would turn a zone on watch it run, then turn it off and make adjustments. They would then turn it back on and repeat as necessary until the sprinkler head was operating efficiently and effectively. I asked the techs about the length of time each zone was scheduled to run, but they didn't seem to have much knowledge in this area. I graded them a C on price because they were not clear about how they charged for the irrigation services. They advertised Sprinkler Service for $39.95. When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked what was included in the Sprinkler Service for the $39.95 and was told they would adjust the sprinkler heads. They told me that if any repairs were needed, they would charge $80 per hour plus parts. They have you give them your credit card information at the time you schedule the appointment. Although the total time they took on my system was 30 minutes, they charged me an additional $50 to screw on three different sprinkler head nozzles. So I paid $39.95 for the Sprinkler Service (which was adjusting my sprinkler heads), $40 for 30 minutes of labor, and $10 for parts. However, you don't know this at the time of the service. I only found out my final amount when I saw the charge on my credit card.

Very smoothly and completed all repairs.

Although the 3 guys that came out to do the work did a good job, they overcharged me on hours. I monitored the time they arrived to the time they left and it was an hour and a half. They charged me for 2 hours, a $56 overcharge. They claim they check gps records. Well if the guys spend a half hour in the truck, thats not my problem. This company is very expensive in my opinion. $37.50 per man, per hour. I would not use them again.

I just switched to them from another company. They have already been back. It is their third visit. They are doing followup on grassy weeds. When they first came I wasn't sure they were going to address the issue because other companies made it seem impossible. They have shown up several times to work on the issue. They told me they only have 2 people doing the chemical treatments on the lawn.

Submitted online estimate request for one-time shrub pruning and shaping. Online form had line item for this service listed as "Bush Trimming - One Time". Received email response from representative stating that at this time they do not offer one time services.
