Tami was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful in suggesting appropriate window coverings for my specific applications. I was concerned because I have some odd-sized windows. She was very professional and friendly and provided the quote before she left my house. Shane, the installer, was polite, fast, and knew what he was doing. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. I couldn't be happier with this experience and the products. I highly recommend Tami and Budget Blinds.

It took 2 months to receive the blinds the first time. All of Budget blinds are independently owned, so when I called the corporate office they told me that I needed to take my issues up with the owner of the franchise in Plano and they could not offer me any support The owner had to come out 3 times to measure before any blinds were installed. He was off by weeks on the delivery time for all orders The blinds had to be reorded 4 times because the order was incorrect. Eacvh time he came out my wife or I would need to take time off from work to be at the house After the 4th attempt and about 4 months we were done. He did give us a refund no questions asked The owner was always professional. My issues are He could not get the correct blinds ordered A waste of a lot of time Although it say "budget" the prices are in the ballpark with the other local companies We did order shutters through him, but this was a different company, he was just the middle man on this deal.

We are so thrilled! We have these 2 arched windows and we thought getting shutters for them would be SO expensive! But they weren't! Tami was so helpful and Scott the installer was fabulous! Will recommend them to all our friends!!
