I've used and recommended Tim Bob and BT Products for years and have always had great experiences. In fact, I'm a real estate agent and have also recommended him to several of my clients, all of which have reported that they were very happy with his service and prices. Tim Bob is very honest and fair, and will not strong-arm you into making repairs or buying parts/equipment that is not necessary. I once referred him to a past client of mine that was quoted over $8,000 to replace their HVAC system. They called Tim Bob and he replaced a capacitor which solved the problem for a few hundred dollars instead of several thousand. Tim Bob recently replaced my HVAC when my old unit died this past Spring. He was able to design and install the new system very quickly, and the workers that assisted him were also very professional, thorough and friendly.

Too much to tell; essentially I wanted to add a portion of my house onto the central heat and air conditioning system so I called Tim at BT Products. Tim came over to check out what would be required, I thought he'd have to add in some additional ducting, which was going to be needed, and maybe some minor adjustments to the system. What Tim told me was that whoever had installed my system gave me a 5 ton AC unit and a 4 ton heater/blower, and the the heater blower would need replacing, since I was already on the and quot;edgeand quot; of existing capacity. I needed another ton of capacity on the heater and blower. Tim gave me a fair bid, explained ALL that would be required for the replacement, and did all the work. What a difference it made in the whole house! I would recommend Tim's work to anyone I talked to; he even gave me the name of his plumber for some other work that I required.
