I requested a quote on Angie’s the day before they arrived as I was looking for some one to install RO system which I had.Ralph Densford Called me first thing in the morning to provide me with a quote . After talking with Ralph I immediately had confidence that these guys knew what they were doing and I scheduled the installation. He was very quick to provide me a time slot for the same day .Ralph and his team member were punctual and arrived at the agreed time. Everything that happened on installed went as discussed. They pay great attention to detail. They clean up thoroughly and they are great guys. They are very friendly and courteous, Ralph also answered a few other questions for the water filtration system that I am looking forward to install for the whole house. I would definitely use them for my future project and also recommend them to my friends and family.

After trying different things and many nights of research, I decided to purchase a water filter system for my family, pretty much for these 2 reasons: getting rid of eczema I have been dealing with since I moved to North Texas and improve the taste of the water we drink every day! and after already a month with the system I couldn't be happier! Eczema is gone and my family is drinking way more water than before, and I always struggled to achieve that goal. Another thing is that the customer service was on point since the very first call to inquiry about the system and service, Ralph and Jake are great, they took great care of us and answered all of our questions! I did a lot of research before making my decision and I couldn't be happier that I went with them, clean installation, great professional service!

I’ve always wanted to install a whole house water treatment system because we live in a fairly hard water area in McKinney, TX (North of Dallas). What held me back were two things, uncertainty as to which product to use to actually get the desired results and price. I met the owner of BP Lonestar, Ralph, and his Director of Sales, Jake, at a Home and Garden Show in Allen, TX. They had on display the BRITA PRO whole house treatment system. Seeing that it was BRITA, I took the chance to stop and talk. I was so glad I did. I found Jake to be open, engaging, professional, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me and discussed all aspects of the system from the point of view of the questions I was asking. He instilled trust, to the point that I made an appointment on the spot for them to come out and take a look at my particular situation. He was upfront about price, which was very refreshing, and the pricing was reasonable. He went at my pace, I never felt he was pressuring. He honestly was simply working with me to get the best result. After the initial consultation and deciding to proceed, both Jake and the owner, Ralph, came out and did the installation. That was several months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s so nice to have soft water and the water tastes great from every tap, FINALLY! I’d definitely recommend BP Lonestar and Jake and Ralph for anyone’s water treatment needs!

Fantastic service! It felt like everything was done in the blink of an eye from the initial phone call for an appointment right down to the truck leaving my driveway for a job well done. I had a nice, new and upgraded setup for my well house at a reasonable price. The install went smooth and the tech was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. 2 weeks later and everything is still working great, no issues! Would highly recommended to anyone.

It went very well. Jake visited our home on a weekend, tested our water onsite and was able to give us options and prices on the spot. He was very informative and not pushy at all. He gave all options and the pros ans cons of all. We scheduled an install that day for 2 days later. Very professional, responsive and fair pricing.

Excellent! Ralph and his team and the best in the business! Look no further. We have had them replace old busted whole-house filters, provide annual service, repairs, and so on - pretty much everything you can have done with water filtration, they've done. They've nailed it every time.

I have the Brita Pro installed and have been using it for almost a month. The difference is very noticeable in my hair (softer) and skin (my eczema has gone away & no need for oil moisturizer for winter). My clothes are so much softer, bright colors and towels are fluffier. The install was very easy and both Jake and Ralph were very professionals and serviceable. The instructions and maintenance of the equipment were very straight forward and have had no issues. I definitely recommend DFW Water Experts.

Ralph and Jake did a great job installing our water softener. Once we decided to get a filter/Softener system my wife and I did some internet homework and had 3 companies come out and quote for us. Jake provided the best quote, most comprehensive and he was extremely knowledgeable. East Plano is known for hard water and it can cause problems with appliances and caused dry, itchy skin. The install went great, they were on time and cleaned the site when complete. In just one day we could tell the difference. I really recommend this company and these guys.

Ralph and Jake of BP Lonestar did a wonderful job installing the Brita PRO water softener system and reverse osmosis drinking water system (please see attached pictures) in our new home in Frisco. They did an excellent job of explaining every part of the system being installed, including ongoing maintenance and upkeep. We can definitely feel the difference in the quality of the water and the improved taste of our drinking water. Finally, the Brita system in our garage and drinking water tap in our kitchen have an elegant and space saving design. I would recommend Ralph and BP Lonestar without hesitation for all your water treatment needs.

Great! The crew met with many obstacles, including very wet ground. They managed to lay pipe, connect plumbing, set up the Pelican system and install the reverse osmosis in one day. We love the great tasting water and the way our clothes feel.

Ralph Densford, the owner, and his team, are very knowledgeable, licensed by TCEQ, and professional. Due to the "hard water" in our community water supply, a filtration system was highly recommended to conserve our appliances and plumbing fixtures. We also had a separate filter installed for drinking water. Would recommend them.

Great service, professional, and knowledgeable. Jake, came to the house and tested our water. We looked at filter options and decided to get a whole house system and under-sink drinking water. I am very pleased with the high quality water we have now, and the service they provided. Working with one person and not multiple people was another benefit. The installers were also super friendly. Once everything was complete, Jake even came out and tested my water to assure it was up to their high standards. Overall, I could not have been more satisfied with the clean water my family and I get to look forward to.

Jake and Ralph from BP Lone Star took great care of us! Our family has made weekly trips to a local water store in Garland for the last 15 years because we loved the taste of the filtered water. We finally decided to look into a home filtration system and we are so glad we did! The taste of the water is even better than what we had been purchasing and there is zero hassle with loading up bottles and hauling them to the the water store anymore. The quality of the water is truly amazing and Jake and Ralph went the extra mile to even repair a leak under my sink due to the faulty work from a prior contractor. The installation process was super quick and I also appreciated that Jake and Ralph weren't pushy in their sales approach. I highly recommend this company!

Ralph had the experience and necessary parts to handle the tasks needed. The price he originally quoted me was $129, plus the cost of a few fittings. He discovered that the faucet, installed about 3 months ago, had an internal leak that couldn't be fixed, so I bought a new one he had on his truck and he installed it. That increased the overall project cost by about $100 ($80 for the faucet, plus sales tax plus small amount for install) which I thought was reasonable. I would use this company, Dallas Water Doctor, again.

Unbelievable Education. These guys really know their business. When we suspected water quality issues, we had a couple of other companies come out to our home and test our water. We never bought anything because we weren’t sure what they were asking us to buy or which (if any) of our problems were actually fixed if we bought it… It was super confusing. BP Lone Star actually took the guess work out of all of it. They identified specifically what was in our water and knew exactly how to address each issue. I could immediately tell they knew what they were talking about and we bought a whole house filtration and softener system on the spot. It works perfectly.
