They are more expensive but the quality of their work and the warranties make it worth it. I joined the 3-way membership so now get service calls for free and free annual inspections for plumbing, electricity and heating&A/C.

This is compared to the amount I actually paid for the service I had completed.

He had to replace/fix the toilet flange, fixed two shower valves - had to come back the next day - call back was not problem at all. Dd a good job. everything was fixed, no clean up problem. He even wore booties to not mess up our light colored carpet. best plumbing job I have ever seen

Provider was very helpful. Just didn't need service.

They also replaced parts in toilets that needed replacing. Scheduling was wonderful; they set it up dependent on my schedule and were out within the day. They did a great job. The technician was very courteous and professional.

The home alarm was going off from the water leakage from the damaged water heater and the plumber never complained or missed a beat in taking care of our problem.

They did great. They were there when stated. They performed the required work as advertised. I really appreciated the professionalism, support and diagnosis. Unfortunately the problem is beyond what I expected. Their initial quote to fix the problem was very high, maybe correct, but I will go out for bid when I get the chance.

I liked the service provide. I bought the deal for general inspection of all my drains (external and internal) and to fix a clogged drain in one of my bathrooms. The technician was well spoken, knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. I will definitely use their service again.

Job was performed effectively. I found it strange that the plumber never introduced himself and did not say a word until he was done with the service. All went well though.

The tech insisted that I provide a print out of the Angie's Deal rather than just giving the coupon code number. He also quoted over $400 for installing a new bath lav faucet, which is too high.

They refused to tell me what their hourly rate was. I wanted to figure out the approximate cost of my job would be but they wouldn't give me any sort of information on hourly pricing. They were pleasant enough to start out, but after several attempts to figure out what they charge hourly, it seemed to be top secret information so I decided not to use this provider.

The plumber was extremely nice. I never write reviews and had to write this one. The plumber did not charge us when a rattling fixture could not be secured, despite installing materials, free of charge. The plumber was polite, informative, and courteous.

While on the plus side he quickly checked out and cleared the outdoor faucet, plumber was unable to diagnose or fix the leak and recommended I replace the faucet at a cost of $300+ from Home Depot or lowes (which don't sell my brand of system or it's parts). I felt cost was excessive for work done and guy did not explain how the cost was arrived at. Plumber also didn't accept my Angie's list deal coupon but I'm still not sure why. They called me to follow up and I called them back and told them I was not happy and would not recommend but the person I spoke to did not offer to explain nor did he seem interested in doing anything to rectify the situation. I have not heard from them since.

I bought a coupon to have a few simple plumbing items done that I didn’t have time for. I thought it would be a bargain buying $200 worth of work for $88. I called their answering service to set up the appointment who emphasized that I would get an estimate when the technician arrived. I was not told and I think when they sell a coupon they should let you know that a service charge could be taken out of the “deal”. When they arrived the truck backed over my mail box. And it took several weeks to get it fixed. (They have a service that fixes things they break) Below are the things I wanted done and the price they wanted to charge. Faucet that I replaced- I put the hot and cold on backwards (To fix you unscrew, Put plumbers tape on and screw back on) $104 declined the work Replace the Cartridge for the Shower (To fix remove a pin, 2 screws, stop tube kit and the cartridge then re-assemble) $382 declined the work 2 plastic pipes that connected under kitchen sink that leaked (to fix 2 section of pipe, 1 nut since he did not replace 1 that was there. It was a better quality product plumber tape)$396 work done to use the coupon Total out of pocket to have a kitchen drain pipe fixed $284 ($88 for the $200 coupon, 0vercharge for work $396 ) I would never use this service since I feel it is a bait and switch buying their coupon. If I had any idea of their prices I would have gone with other plumbers I used from Angie’s list who give you value for your money.

The price was way higher than any other plumber. The $198.00 was to fix a leaking shutoff valve only. I did have a 'trip' coupon so that was free. However, I will not use them for the major project or the broken flange as his price was 2-3X higher than others in the area for the same work.

The upstairs toilet had to be removed to get to the clog. I removed the toilet to save some money. The technician was cooperative and did a good job clearing the line. I had purchased one of the "deals" on the Angie's list site which covered the cost, so it turned out to be a good deal.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it all went good. I had to pay additional over the price of the Big Deal because of the extra equipment needed for the one toilet.

It was just really great. As a matter of fact, we spent less. The gentleman that came out was really good.

I was told that my drain was too small and needed to be replaced with a larger one. I was given an estimate. I have no doubt that the diagnosis was correct, but I have not had the work done since the drain has been working for me for the past 40 years and is not giving me problems now. I would not use this company in the future because I don't believe in flat rate charges. The same job at different houses requires a different amount of time and effort. Each job should be bid on an individual basis.

Josh the plumber was polite, courteous and worked well in a timely fashion.

replaced toilet and instant hot water

i provided the model of my toilet to them in advance and this was not communicated to the technician. because of this he didn't have the flappers with him to replace my existing ones and this resulted in a two trip "repair". The technician indicated one of my toilets needed to be reset because there was a leak visible around the base of the toilet. i watched it for weeks and have never seen a leak. The technician began to push other services and i was not interested given their poor internal communications and the false leak.
