Arrived in time window promised. Did not take long to perform and check work done. Pricing appears to be set by job type and not time. Overall satisfied with service.

They were on time, professional and did a great job!

The purchase was a complete waste. I was hoping to get one or two basic services done, fully expecting that I might have to pay a bit more than the original payment. The service men came to my residence and showed me quotes for several items. Every quote was exceedingly overpriced. I was quoted $375 for a simple kitchen faucet installation which was priced at $130 from a different plumbing company. That and the other quotes were so absurd that I asked them to just leave without using the coupon I had purchased. Frankly, there was no way I could trust this company after seeing their prices. I doubt that I will ever purchase an Angie's list "deal" after this experience.

It went very smoothly. No hassles.

Having to rip out a counter and sink to replace the toilet is never how you think you will start your day. With that being said, Chris made this is seamless process as it could've been. Chris was more than eager to help however he could. At the end of the day, it's more than just plumbing. The peace of mind that comes from someone that you trust and that works with excellence goes a long way.

They over bid me trying to take advantage of a bad situation. Just keep in mind that I explained that I had received offers less than half of the cost when I double checked and asked if the guy that estimated the repair had misquoted it. Nope. He stuck to his number saying that is what it costs,...... Shame on you guys..... If you have to much work and don't want the job just say so..... otherwise plan on being outed on a forum for trying to take advantage of people.

They did a good job. In the process, I learned one toilet needed to be replaced. We did not go with Benjamin Franklin because they cost more than others. While the plumber did an excellent job, we were looking for the least expensive option.

They were great. They were fine. He's professional. He did solve the problem. I have no negative input.

It worked out wonderfully. I would call them again. They were very prompt. They came right on and fixed the problem. They are approachable. I didn't have to go around behind them to make sure they will worked on everything. I just let them let them alone and they finished in what they are doing. I felt like it was reasonable. I would call them again.

The service was okay. I had to have somebody come back. It didn't get fixed the first time, and so I had to call somebody back, and then call them back again, because they forgot about me, it wasn't the best service call. They should follow up better, I shouldn't have had to call. They said they would send somebody the nest day, and then not send anybody for 4-5 days, and I had to call them to get somebody to come out. They should have better communication. The first time they came out quickly, which I appreciated. I think they are pretty good, and they just made a mistake, and forgot to tell somebody to come back out.

The company responded well. I was given an appointment three days out -- which was acceptable, just a little further off than I would have liked. However, the situation was not an emergency -- I had water in the house, just not in the kitchen. The plumber arrived on time and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then called into the office to confirm the "class" of the problem. Benjamin Franklin divides their normal repairs into 5 classes -- each class has a set price. Mine was determined to be in class 1 and the set price was $198. The plumber did not have the required part on his truck; nor did they have one in the main warehouse. Some phone calls located the part and the plumber went to pick one up. He returned within an hour and quickly made the necessary repairs. The faucet now works better than before, and the price did not change because of the extra trip to get the necessary part. I have used BFP a couple of times before and have always been extremely happy with their service and professionalism.

I have used them for big, like remodeling a bathroom, and a major water leak to little things like a slow draining sink. They are prompt, respectful, and reasonable. I trust them completely.

In the process of having the countertops replaced in my kitchen I asked the granite provider to disconnect the kitchen sink. When they did, the stops under the sink would not turn off the water completely so they had to turn the water off to the house. I had to request an after hours call from Benjamin Franklin to come replace the stops and then schedule a re-connect when the countertops were done. BF advertises that they do not charge an emergency charge for after hours calls, but when I got the bill it included an additional $99 for after hours trip charge. Over $700 to replace two stops was outrageous.

It turned out pretty good. We're happy with their work. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

The plumber was wonderful. He was very professional, punctual, and worked very hard. He answered many questions, and explained all costs.

It was good. My wife had nothing but good things to day about them.

It was okay and they did a good job. Everything worked out well, but I was surprised by the extra costs. They got the job done quickly. The scheduling was good.

I was shocked to find out what $200.00 worth of work covered. To change the kitchen faucet would have cost $315.00. To put in a disposable is $269.00 for an hour and a half of work. It could have been done faster. I wasn't expecting to get it all done with the big deal voucher, but certainly I wasn't expecting to pay an extra $384.00 plus the $89.00 for the voucher. Plumbers are expensive but there is no integrity with these charges. These are opportunists on the verge of a scam. Ask for pricing before you commit to a voucher especially with big companies. There are plenty of handymen who should have been given the job. Take notice to put in a faucet and put in a disposable without having to remove the old one, (it was already removed), would have cost $584.00. Go figure!

The experience wasn’t great. Well let’s see, they came out and they said its $29 tops and then they got out here and said the toilet needed replacing which I figure it’s true and it came out to be $600 from the time they were done. Then we had to have them come back because one of the toilets kept running, and they came out and fix that and they did a little tweaking on our kitchen faucet which was leaking and its worth now than it was before they try to fixed it and they try to fix it twice. I don’t know. Was I satisfied? The people that came out were very nice, very gentlemanly. But no, I’m no plumber but I was not really satisfied.

There were no issues and no additional work was needed on the toilets. The scheduling was easy.

It seems to be okay. The plumber was very professional and good. We had to call them to get the service scheduled for the deal. They sent one guy out to do the job.

Much more expensive than I had anticipated $774.00 with Angie's list deal; $100 for $200 in services, and NOT including the fixtures I had provided.

Stopped the toilet from running - didn't try to sell on top of what we wanted done. Very professional.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a job, but it was pretty expensive. They added some charges that I didn't really need, so I'm going to think twice before using them again. But the service was good. He did a good overall job and he knew what he was going to.
