I had to coordinate with HOA in order to get water showed off. Despite the fact that it took a couple months to get done, they still honored my Angie's List deal, which was great.

Great came out on a Saturday same day as the call. Didn't leave until we had hot water. We had been out of hot water for several days. We looked at the big box stores, but because they outsource the installation it was going to be several more days before they could install. Benjamin Franklin plumbing was responsive, polite, very through and cost effective. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Not well - they wanted about $385 PER TOILET to add about $20 in parts from Home Depot. They have this booklet that pre determines what you will pay and it would be 3-5 times what any other plumber would charge and they won't tell you any prices until the plumber arrives. I don't care how many coupons you toss my way, it still won't come close to fair pricing.

They do things the most economical way and you can just trust them. I have a feeling of confidence.

I called them at 2pm to request someone to fix an outdoor faucet that had burst. They were at my house by 3Pm and the job was done by 3:45pm. Don was very thorough in explaining what had happened and what work needed to be done. Very professional and very affordable. This is the third time I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and if I need a plumber in the future, they are the only company I will call.

I will never call them again. I called on a Sunday thinking I could just schedule an appointment, at least get on the list. The man insisted "Oh, no" He could come out right away and take a look at things. I'd already turned the water off to the water heater so it wasn't an emergency. He came out. I had a coupon for a free service call. He comes out and looks at my water heater and quotes me an absorbidant price and then when I told him I didn't want to schedule it, I wanted to think about it, he charged me like $85 for a service call on the weekend, even though he said you couldn't have a service call on the weekend with the coupon for a free service call. I decided then they were nothing but rip-offs. They were quoting me a price between 12 and $1400 which is just asinine. I didn't schedule with them after that. After they came out that Sunday and were quoting me prices like that, I knew I wasn't going to use them. I didn't use them. The only thing I can base it on is the price. He was pretty responsive. I wish he would have told me when he was coming out I was going to get charged $85 since like I said, it was not an emergency.

I thought it was astronomical so I did the work myself. The guy was nice. They came out pretty quickly after I called them. They could have a reasonable price. They came within a reasonable amount of time.

Very well. The only problem that was not resolved was a rapping when turning faucet off that did not exist before installation of system.

Great job by a very qualified technician. He was on time, courteous, and professional.

The technician advised what was wrong and quoted a price. I told him to proceed. Based on how he described the scope of work, I expected it to be somewhat of a time consuming repair. He was finished and gone in about fifteen minutes along with my $142. While I am satisfied with the quality of the work performed, I thought it was over priced for the time it took to complete the work.

Bought the coupon then had to chase for a plumber to come out and have a look. Plumber came eventually, quoted a price which i agreed to, plumber was supposed to return next week and complete the job. This was a month+ back. Still waiting for the plumber to come and do the work

It went well. Brandon was very knowledgeable and made an extra effort to do the job correctly.

The service man was on time but hit us with a mandatory fee of over $600.00 to dig a hole 18" X18" X 12'. The service person did not tell us about the fee until it was done and said it is a standard fee. He did not tell us about the fee before digging it.

Unfortunately they was not available until 2 days later ( it was during the week of Christmas). However, I received a courtesy phone call letting me know that the plumber was on his way. The plumber arrived within the designated time. He assessed the problem and went right to work. The cleanout was completed within 1 hour. The plumber cleaned behind himself and provided recommendations as preventive maintenance. I was completely satisfied.

Instead of roto-rostering the pipe, they recommended a$5500 pipe replacement that was not actually necessary.

They had to do welding and cementing in the whole lawn yard. The workers were fine.

The Drain is cleared and working well.

It turns our that my toilet has a 10 year warranty and the work was done for free and I don't know who got the $25.00 I paid to Angie. I tried to find a place to inform Angie's List but was not able to do so.
