He had incorrectly diagnosed the shower leak where it was originated, and there is nothing here that needs to be done that is worth $200 or less, and his bid for additional charges were outrageously high. He spent more time inspecting than fixing anything. He said to just get my money back due to the experience.

They were punctual, they worked quick and did a good job. They not only fixed the leaky toilet they also checked the guest toilet to make sure everything was good there too.

The tried to clear the line, which was a dismal failure. All the lines in this neighborhood are old and ready to collapse. The did the job as quickly as possible. Cleaned up their mess, with a little pushing. We now have happily flushing toilets!

The trade arrived on time, and check out the scope of the problem. He was friendly and courteous from the very beginning. (I.e. doesn't make the customer think they're an idiot, or troublemaker) Figure out the issue, went back to this truck to get the needed tools and parts. In 15-20 min, the issue is resolved. Left the job site cleaner than when he arrived.

Plumber did a very good job. We are very happy with the result.

They were fine. They were professional and they were on time. They were expensive. I would recommend them. They were pretty pricey but they did a good job.

It went really well. Everything was done through angieslist.com (purchase, scheduling and co-ordination). On time on the appointed date and did the tune up and inspection. Gave some recommendations to fix the toilets.

I had the plumber come out and he gave me a HUGE estimate, and I had someone else do the work for under $300. The representative was VERY personable, but apparently tried to sell me replacement items (full valve and stem) as opposed to just replacing what the problem was ($.80 gasket). So, I won't be calling them for any work.

Well, Called before 6:30 a.m. , got appt. between 3-5p.m. We called the fire dept.( non-emergency) to shut gas and water to the unit. We woke up to water all over the back hallway. When 1st guy showed up he replaced a hose which we all, including the fire dept. hoped it was. No such luck, leak in the inner unit. He TURNED off the water to the house and left to got geta new unit, BUT being a Sat. and he had no key. We got a call that they wouldn't be back till Sunday. We told them we could deal w/that BUT someone had to come and turn the water back on. A little bit later we get a call another guy would come here as soon as he finished the job he was on. John showed up, he had done work here before when we called Ben Franklin. He had a new unit and did the work and got us a service policy. The 1stplumber seemed competent but much happier w/John in the end and got the service policy.

Adjusted the water settings on two toilets and replaced a flapper. Provided a quote on an item on an outside line. I would Recommend Jason Moczygemba (972) 804-1022 Knowledgeable and friendly.

It went ok. They replaced a sink faucet which I had purchased and that was all that the deal covered. I thought it was a little too pricey when all was said and done but the guy was nice and the work was fine.

They were a little pricey, but they rebuilt the insides of the toilet and also replaced a drain on a sink. They showed up on time and were very pleasant and professional.

It was great and awesome. The plumber was really knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and spent the extra time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated that. He got the job done within 2 hours. The scheduling was really good and they even showed up earlier which worked out great.

Contractor was very prompt and courteous. He explained everything so that I could understand and really knew what he was doing. I will be using this company again!

I sent provider away due to price. I needed a cartridge replaced in my bath tub handle and it costs approx. 175.00. That is why I bought the "big deal" of 200.00 worth of plumbing for 89.00. When they came they said it was going to be an addition 189.00. I said to the plumber that I felt a bait and switch for the cost of plumbing and sent them away. I called Baker's Brother's Plumbing from a commercial (not thru Angie's List) and I spent 150.00 for the service. This was over 50% less than the "big deal." I am now skeptical of Angie's List's Big Deals...

The outside faucets and sink work fine and should for $994.00. the fousects were just the screw on kink and the sink was PVC, I had already replaced the stopper and fill valve in the toilet but it still ran periodically. The plumber put die in the tank and said I must have fixed it. Afterhe left, I looked in the toilet and sure enough, there was die in the bowl, indicating that it was NOT fixed. I called them back and they didnt charge for a service call but told me it would be $340 to replace all the insidesm even though what Had been replaced a week prior was the brand recommended by the TOTO. I paid the m,ney because I just wanted the water to stop running but I think this company is ridiculously expensive.

Arrived on time and completed everything promptly.

Recently had the bathroom remodeled. Contractor installed new faucets and was testing for leaks when noticed what drained out of one sink went into the other. He tried snaking and even tried snaking from the roof, but said he did not have the proper equipment and said I needed a plumber. Purchased the $99 drain cleaning coupon. Appointment was scheduled and Anthony came out on time. Very friendly and went right to work. Drain was cleared and ran water for approx 10 minutes with no back-up or leaking on ceiling below.

They were great! I don’t recall there being any additional fees or problems with scheduling. He looked at everything I had wanted him to look at and it all worked out fine.

The plumber was professional for the most part, although he wasn't equipped with soaking up water that was leaking from the toilet and I ended up having to use my own towels to give to him. Also, I feel to repair the toilet flange ($500) was extremely too much and could of been repaired for half that cost. If I would have known that I needed to replace this item, I would have called around to get several price quotes.

They did good work and I was happy with the service.

The tech called me before the appointment to confirm the time and called when he was on his way and then came right on time. In fact just about 5 minutes early which was perfect. He explained before he did anything at all what the process was and then I agreed. He did exactly what he said and he explained why very well. I would also like him to call me for the follow up work we discussed.
