It went very well. They were at the home for about an hour and they sent one plumber.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. When the technician came out, he completed the inspection in about fifteen minutes. He was able to repair the problem with our toilet that we had. He did provide a quote for the replacement with the toilet, but it was too high. My experience with them was okay.

The provider indicated upon arrival that this job was not within their scope. He was timely, polite, but clear that this was not something they could do.

Benjamin was great. I liked their reputation, professionalism and ratings. I would just recommend them based on their professionalism; that impressed me most. I didn’t want to do business with somebody that didn’t seem like they were a dependable, reputable company. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The work was done on a timely basis. They arrived during the time window promised and completed the work within three hours. The quality of work was good. The materials used were good. They were courteous. All of that came at a price, though. I gave them a grade of C on price. If I had more flexibility, I would probably have given them a B- or C+. The reason that I gave then that grade was that the total price was $1273. Based on the parts used, my estimate is that they cost no more than $400. The main part was a new Kohler 1.6 liter per flush toilet. On Kohler's website (normally the most expensive way to buy a part), the part retails for about $450. It seems to me that it could have cost them no more than $300. Being generous, I don't think miscellaneous parts could have cost more than $100. The trip charge is $80, so removing trip charge and parts, the labor was about $800. The time spent was 3 hours, so the hourly charge is over $250 per hour. That seems to me to be very much on the high side. I think $125 to $150 per hour would be fairly high end. .On top of that, they high-balled the price of the alternative to replacing the toilet - repairing the existing toilet ($375). Of course, if the hourly cost is $250 per hour, maybe it wasn't high-balled.

Arrived on time, removed old unit modified enclosure and installed new unit. Cleaned up work area and left in three hours. No problems with the installed unit.

The plumber was great. He explained everything and sat down for an hour after the inspection to review it with my client. I don't think they are the cheapest but I have full trust in their professionalism and quality of work.

They were good. The guy who came out gave me a lot of information. It turned out that I had a big problem with the drain, and they gave me a whole bunch more than what the $79 was worth.

They did a great job. He was informative, and explained everything very clearly to me. He was exceptional.

The service was good and they were satisfactory. I got my money’s worth and I was happy with them. Their service was impeccable. They were very professional. The shower head was not working right and I had to get another one as it was a faulty design.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH - they do not stand behind their work, nor do they attempt to make things right by the customer. Their only positive is they are punctual.

We were very pleased with them. It was a very good experience. We thought the cost was reasonable.

He adjusted the water levels which resolved the issue with the toilet. He was showed up on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

The cleaning went well. There have been no issues since they came out. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Lowes installed a sink and garbage disposal. They quoted $250 more to recess the refrigerator plumbing into the wall. I passed since I had the big deal coupon from Benjamin Franklin. BF ended up charging $400 for the same service.

They did nothing wrong, but I thought their prices were outrageous. I won't use them. They tried to sell me new toilets, and I don't think I need them. Their prices for toilets were outrageously high. The service was adequate. It alleviated the problem for a short time, but not permanently. They did what they said they were going to do, for the Big Deal.

Honestly this Big Deal was not a big deal for us. For what we needed it would have been less expensive to hire a plumber through Angie's List to install our new dishwasher, or have Lowe's do it for us. Because we were in a time crunch and had our "deal" to use we had Benjamin Franklin do it.The plumber who came out to install the dishwasher was very nice and timely, and he did a great job, but honestly I feel like we lost money with the Big Deal, and I'll definitely think twice (or investigate a bit more) before buying anther one.

It was ok. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was on time.

Everything went fine. He was on time as he came when they said he would. He took care of the issue and he came right away for the service. The Big Deal popped up at the right time for a service that we needed.

It turned out real well. It took the plumber less than an hour to clean out the drain. They ran a rooter from the kitchen to the outside. They did a real good job.

They are always one of the most responsive people who come out on time that we have ever had. When they tell you a window, it is within a smaller window frame than other companies offer. When they are late to the appointment as well, they even pay you $5 each minute. Their prices are reasonable. If I had to use a consistent plumber, they would be the company I would use regularly.

They solved the problem. They were on time. One plumber came out. They didn’t make a mess. It felt like a sales call. They were hear for an hour and a half and they did the job in 10 minutes. The price was good.

It worked out fine but I would have liked the technician to have been more willing to work with me.
