It was good and they did a good job. They were very helpful and very polite. I felt at ease with them.

It turned out fine however there was no work involved. It was a great experience. They're basically honest. They're prompt and they're very good with doing what they did.

They did great. I asked him to quote for some soldering and their base charge for soldering was around $300 but I ended up having to pay $110 or $120 additionally to cover the cost of it. I thought that that was a little bit steep for what they ended up doing but they had kind of a set menu of services that they provide and what I was asking for typically didn’t really fall within that menu and so I ended up having to pay for something that was a really a bigger job than what I had done. I had the parts. They did quality work, there weren’t any leaks or anything.

They were very nice. They did not charge me for their visit.

It was alright. It wasn't great but it was okay. They gave me $500 - $600 estimate to fix it. I went online and I just checked that I could do it for $30. I just bought something from the hardware store and did it myself. He told us that the sink would cost us $1000. It was super high but he told us that he would give us 20% discount. The estimates were so high that I could have done it in half the price.

I love Benjamin Franklin. I've known Benjamin Franklin for over 25 years. He responds excellently. The workmanship was fantastic. I had problems in my house with a pressure tank they installed. It wasn't their fault. The tank was faulty and it caused a lot of damage to the house. They responded with the cleaning. I didn't have to pay for it. They paid for the damages. That's a good company to deal with.

I could not tell you honestly if I paid more than the big deal. I think there were but I don’t know. I know that I did not get the problem resolved. They did want a lot of money to dig under the house and I don’t have it. They did okay but I was not totally thrilled. I kind of felt like he wanted to have a couple of clean ups with the snake or camera. I felt that he run into some difficulties with that which was not fine anymore. It will cost $350 to dig several feet under the house. What he was cleaning was a broken line and I was not convinced, I think it was just full of soil that is stuck down the drain over the years. I acknowledged his assessment regarding the drain because he is the expert. However, they were courteous and they were prepared for the job. It’s hard for me to give a good and enthusiastic endorsement because of the outcome. They might be right but I am not convinced at this point. He tried to make thing work but the fact that I was left with a sincere doubt about the information he was telling me that I had a separated line from the house that had mud stuck up. He insisted on running a snake down there.

They do a great job. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They always give you a little discount for the coupons that come in the papers. They will explain what needs to be done. I don’t feel like they overcharge at all. They always have the materials that they need on the truck; they don’t have to come back. Which is something that I find a lot of times with contractors; they’ll send a repair truck out but they don’t have anything on the truck to repair with. They are very responsive to emergencies.

We had somebody else do the work because they quoted us significantly higher than another plumbing company that we actually had do the work for us. They were timely when they showed up. Their quote was very high especially when we got the quotes from the other companies. They were supposed to have a service visit charge but the guy ended up just waiving it so technically it was a free quote. There should have been a service call but he said not to worry about it. Their bid was so significantly higher. He said that it would be $1,100 for him to dig it up and then if he couldn't repair it and had to replace the line in its entirety, he would still charge the $1,100 plus the amount of the new line. I was surprised because it seemed unnecessary. He had already decided that he didn't want to do it given their straight high priced quote. The only reason I called them in the first place was because the local company close to me was closed for the weekend. I waited until Monday and the local company did everything for $750. I basically thought they didn't want to do it.

They did very well. They showed up on time and did a good job. The price was average.

The installation went well, but I thought the cost was very high. I now have to have the drywall repaired where the wall was opened to install the new valve, which will require additional time and money.

It went great. He was a great plumber. He did everything professionally. I had a piece of plumbing that wasn’t included in the price. I would call him again. He was good. He was a personable man and was easy to talk to. He came the very next day that I called him.

They were actually excellent. They did above and beyond. We had some expensive needs and they provided a quote that was very attractive only we have preferred to have gone with them for a huge problem that we had but we have a home warranty group that was paying for a portion of the bill. So we actually did not go with Benjamin Franklin only because of that but these guys were amazing. The guy’s name is Jason who was working with us and I am going to call him back to so some work for us. The price was very competitive and equal to other prices. I will give them an “A” all the way primarily because of customer service, professionalism and awesome follow up. The time to get me a quote was also awesome. They even called me to check if every is okay.

It took them time to get it right but they finally did. It was a mess but they finished what we had them to do. We were happy with what they did. It was all done and it looked great. We would use them depending on what the job is. If it is something small, we would use them in the future.

I was not real happy with their service. It’s still got a small leak and I supplied the replacement of the parts or cartridges form the factory to stop the leak. It’s just a very small leak. What he told me was that the handle in the hot water was loose even if you close it too tight. He said that he has to go underneath to tighten it up and he will charge me extra for that. A $79 to stick in something was just too expensive. He seems not to be willing to go out of his way to do an extra work. I just was not real happy with his service.

They did a good job and offered me some discount. I thought it was very nice. They did an excellent job. I was happy with the price and workmanship. I would definitely go back to them if I need a plumber. The price was very fair.

They were not very good. They gave me a quote. I needed to connect a water line for my hot water heater to master bath. He showed up and did not know about it. He called his office probably 6 times and he came back and said it will cost about 3600$. I told him I would think about it. I had another plumber come out and it would cost 300$ for an hour. They called me back and asked if I still wanted them to do it. I told them I had someone cheaper. They had no remorse to even ask if they would do better or on how to improve. The time they were here to give me the estimate, the other plumber was half way the work.

Saved $ with coupon on Angie's list ($89 for $200 of service. Wade did an excellent job. When my dog ran down the street, Wade ran after and caught her.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We were quite satisfied with them. They were very prompt and they did exactly what they were asked to do. They were capable and timely. They were very good and did a good job. We have already recommended them to somebody. The price was comparable. There were no problems and nothing stood out.

They didn't have anything to do because it was caused by my downstairs neighbor. They were very cordial and professional. Since they didn't have to do anything, they said they would give me credit for the next time they have to come out. They would be very good. They were very professional in their assessment. They didn't charge me anything. Their customer service was very good. They showed up on time and called. They went the extra mile and checked everything out. They knew when to stop so as to not damage my downstairs neighbor. That should some responsibility.

It was very expensive but they did a good job. It was something I could have done myself if I had known what part to get. I did learn something. They had previously replaced an outdoor faucet. It was quick and they came out right away. I'm not real happy about the amount of money that I spent. They came out within 2 hours because the think was leaking. I didn't have to miss a bunch of work because they got out quickly. They were a little bit higher than I could have gotten it for. The guy was great. They people are willing to talk and explain things. I like them. I just wish they were a little bit more inexpensive. I would discuss a negotiation of the fees in the future.
