I've used them for a couple years. They are punctual, neat and they get the job done right.

The service charge is $75. It went just fine. It took maybe 10 minutes. They get things done properly.

They do repairs, unblocking leaks, and they have also done re-installation of new faucets and stuff in the past. They also installed and maintain an tank-less water heater. They also changed a couple of our toilet fixtures that are more modern. We use them regularly. Price of service is good. We have heard other plumbers are less expensive, but cost isn't our only consideration. The great thing about Benjamin Franklin, is they advertise as the punctual plumber. Which they are. They very often will actively know what their guys are doing in the field, and may call early that they can come. They are professional dress, and professional trained on handling customers. They clean up after their work thoroughly. We have a waste disposal pipe that is bothersome, and came down when it was built. They put towels down before they take it a part. There is no clean up afterwords. We don't buy the service, all the things they do are value to us. They would be our first call for any plumbing problems.

It was an old faucet and they worked hard to find the parts and fix them. They were great!

The plumber was fast and cleaned up after. Charged me an additional $150 for new shut off valves so they still got $250 for the job. If I did not buy a coupon/special on Angies list I would not have used them. They are the most expensive company that I got a bid from for the regular cost. Compared to the other plumbing company I used they did nothing else different but would have charged $350 for a faucet install.

Job turned out not to be simple. Second plumber came to help for part of the work. It took 4 hours to complete the work, but I was not charged any extra for the unexpected extra work and new faucet. Appointment was scheduled between 3pm and 5pm. Plumber arrived about 1:30pm (1.5 hours early). Punctual and professional service, happy customer!

When I called a woman answered and I asked if they could do the job on Easter Sunday and she told me that they could do the job. I asked her about using the coupons that are listed on the providers page and she told me she would find out. When she came back to me about when they would get to my home I again asked her about the coupons and she told me that they would be valid, so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. When the plumber arrived 2 1/2 hours later to do the job, I asked him which coupon I should purchase for the best deal and he informed me that I couldn't use a coupon. I told him that I had been informed that I could and he told me that he couldn't accept any coupons, but he had a $50 off coupon that he could apply. I asked him how much it would be to unclog my kitchen drain and I was told that it would be $432. At that point I told him that he wouldn't be doing any work in my home that day due to price and the misinformation that I had received. I will never do business with this company again after being told something was going to work and when the worker got here, being told something altogether different.

Excellent service from a great company and Tony Brown was the best. I was quoted $232.00 to clean it out. Turns out I had the clog from ****. After working on the clog from the drain for about an hour with no luck, we found that the sinks in the kitchen had also backed up. (They are on the same line) So Tony got a bigger machine and attacked it from the drain clean out. After that didn't work, he had a co-worker bring in some additional tools to work on the clog. Finally broke through! Tony also dropped a camera in the line all the way to the main drain to make sure it was gone for good. All told it took about 3.5 hours of work. Would have been much more expensive if I had paid the plumber by the hour. Great job by the company and their staff!

They did a good job. The price was a little high. One person came out, and it took a couple of days for 3-4 hours. He did a good job leaving the area clean.

Tech was very good and professional, but charged a fortune for two hours' work. To be fair, they have a price schedule you get in advance. I just had no idea the repairs would take two hours for $600.

They did clear the roots out of the drain, but just enough to be clogged up again 2 days later. I then rented a snake from Home depot, redid the job myself and my drains have been clog free for almost 4 months now.
