Description of Work: We woke the morning of March 8 to find that our old water heater was flooding garage. Called Ben Franklin that morning. They came out that afternoon and assessed the problem. Replaced old water heater that day, late afternoon/evening. They also replaced the line to icemaker from garage to kitchen refrigerator which appeared to be blocked. Plumber worked until job was finished, gave me the credit for the service call, and cleaned up the garage. We were thoroughly pleased with the service and workmanship. We now have wonderfully HOT water and the icemaker is working again to capacity. Overall, very pleased. Thanks!
