Description of Work: Unclogged a plugged sink drain in daughter's apartment and determined that there was a blockage "further down the line." Ultimately, complex had to do major repairs to underground sewer lines. B.F. was great! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: I purchased their $89 for $200 worth of work, because I had some plumbing work to do. Determining what $200 worth of work was a challenge. It took 3 months for any plumbing work to get done because the plumbing work I needed done all cost way over $200. I asked them to replace the water heater, initially, but they were going to charge $400. That would've included $150 for the city permit. I called the city to see how much they charged...$50!!!! I went w Lowe's for that job. I finally had them come out and fix a fidgety shower head. Their prices are so inflated that the deal you think you're purchasing is a sham!
