Description of Work: Purchased one of Angie's List Deals for a Benjamin Franklin plumber from the Method St. location to repair or replace (2) leaking faucets. Due to poor communication at this office the same plumber was dispatched (3) times to replace a common stem. The plumber stated on the first two visits that the part needed was not longer available. This was not true as I purchased the correct part from a local retailer. The plumber installed the correct stem and requested I be reimbursed for the cost of the part. No reimbursement followed. The plumber was always on time and very polite. I will select another plumbing company in the future due to the time involved and their lack of resources.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the professional service. The gentleman called first before arriving, and was on time. He put protectors on his shoes when he stepped inside the house, and he also lay a drop cloth around the commode, which he was repairing. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms so I was kept informed. He completed the repairs in about 30 minutes, thanked me, and was on his way to his next assignment.

Description of Work: Did a great job and even replaced an extra fitting. But did try and sell us additional stuff.

Description of Work: Drain cleaning for 80.00 turned into a 300.00 job. At first I was happy to have something my general handyman rigged up "fixed," but the fixing turned into a leak the following day. Called to get them to come back out. They no-showed the first day and were 2 hours later than what I'd been told on the 2nd day. It's fixed now, but if I have something in the future, I'll probably call someone else. The 2 different guys that came out were great, very personable and helpful. It was the 3 day wait to fix a leak that was not acceptable.

Description of Work: Purchased 3, $29 certificates. They performed exactly as the certificate required. They also performed a pressure test at no extra charge and helped find a small leak in the process.

Description of Work: Replaced gaskets that were leaking on water tank, new hose from wall to tank, new parts inside toilet tank. Their serviceman Kenny was very polite and completed the job in an hour.
