Description of Work: This was one of the special deals I purchased to have our toilets checked. They were very nice and professional, but from my past experience with BFP they are more expensive than most plumbers. No complaints. If the estimate for the service is comparable to others, I would use them again.

Description of Work: They blew out the gas line to allow for us to install Gas logs for our fireplace. He bought a part to prevent blowing the gas inside the house so it allowed for it to be blown outside. | |We felt that we were between a rock and a hard place, that we had no choice but to use them or loose the money we had already spent. So we paid for him to do the job which took an hour or less to do. Very over price after I checked with other companies.

Description of Work: We had signed up for a $99 drain scoping with a tv camera. House is 25 yrs old and we were replacing all 3 toilets and wanted to be sure drains were clear before they were installed. Technician was late, didn't have right equipment and had to come back the next day. So service ended up being free.
