Description of Work: I don't really remember when this work was done, but it was in 2013. |I had a leak in my water delivery line behind the city meter. They had to dig up the yard & replace about 3 feet of water pipe. They did the job quickly, but brought in 2 more workers which pumped up the cost. I think they are generally higher than anyone else, and get around the "we're on time or it's you we pay" ad campaign by calling in advance to say they would be later than the original appointment. They did good work though.

Description of Work: Replace garbage disposal and refinished plumbing under kitchen sink. I was done fairly quickly and without much disruption to my schedule. The cost was shocking - even with the deal.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $79.00 for an outdoor hose faucet replacement and water heater/complete home plumbing inspection. The service was fine.

Description of Work: No problem with the person performing the services. I was not happy with the company policy for pre-determined pricing for typical issues. I felt that I way overpaid for the actual services rendered.

Description of Work: Cleaned out a stopped up drain. I was a little disappointed by the serviceman. Before he did any work, he wanted to see the coupon I had purchased. I felt that once he saw the amount, he then told me what the cost of the service was...which was more than the coupon amount of course. I have used other plumbers to unstop drains at lesser cost but because I purchased the coupon, I wanted to give them a chance.

Description of Work: They fixed my bathroom vanity sink that has not drained properly for the last 10 years. I have had several plumbers out to fix the problem and they could never fix it. Benjamin Plumbing came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. It drains properly now, Thank you Benjamin Plumbing.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 old faucets with new ones, replaced an old sink with a new one and took out faucets and a sink in a bathroom that we are remodeling and will be putting in a granite countertop. Did a great job. Very clean. Very professional. Answered questions and provided care information. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Replaced two bathroom faucets. Went well, just felt price was a little high. I would normally do these things myself but because of issues with connections, could not manage.

Description of Work: my mother in law was "hearing water running" in her bathroom, but could not identify the source. The provider showed up right on time for the appointment, identified the problem as a "running" toilet, changed out some parts and VOILA! NO MORE NOISE and one happy Mother In Law! All at no more cost that the Deal!

Description of Work: I had bought 2 toilet tune ups and felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch. |After showing up he told me what I needed and then showed me, what I considered, high prices to actually repair (not tune-up) the toilets. |Then I had to ask him to do the tune-up job that I paid him for in the first place. |
