Description of Work: They snakes the drain from.our house all the way to the street. However, their plumber claimed that it was a city problem. We paid to have the city come out, only for them to prove that it was roots on our property. However, I have to say Benjamin Franklins customer service was excellent, when I called to ask for a refund. They did not hesitate and apologized for the poor service. I was very impressed with their customer service, even through the plumber they send was not accurate.

Description of Work: Evaluated and bid on a shower leak. the price was way too high and it turns out, the leak was not even where he said it was. I did not choose to use their services and would like a refund on the voucher.

Description of Work: replaced a front outside water spicket | |insepected remainer of plumbing in our home | |advised us on whether we should have snaking done throughout our home - it is 25 years old and we've never had anything done - some drains are slow. He advised on what to do to improve toilet performance and basically advised, "if it's not broke, don't fix it". | |We appreciated the honesty. Everything was done in an hour and a half.

The technician arrived and asked what they would like to have performed and we identified the drain that was causing us difficulty. The technician repaired the drain and provided us tips on how to prevent in the future. | |I would definitely utilize them in the future.

Description of Work: They unstopped a toilet for me. My only complaint (or reservation) is that they charge by the task, not by the hour. This task took maybe 20 minutes so in this instance I would have been better served paying an hourly rate.

Description of Work: Installed a new 50 gallon water heater. Installed a new garbage disposal. Everything went great. They came and inspected what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and did it all the same day. The plumber was professional and friendly and did a great job.

Description of Work: He inspected plumbing to shower and found everything to be okay and gave me advice on how to keep it that way. He was late due to previous job taking longer than expected but this was not a problem; it would have been nice for the company to have informed me instead of me having to call them. The service technician was most professional.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $29 for Five-Point Toilet Tune-Up. Checked toilet and replaced flap.
