Description of Work: John had to snake a toilet. Found a problem with anot6he toilet and sink that have been acting up for a while. The handyman has done work on these and has quoted us 50.00 to fix the toilet but what John told us , that job would cost over 6000 to fix it right. We trust John he has done work for us before and never done us wrong. We requested John this tis and are glad we did. At least our hall toilet is working now.

Description of Work: They called to schedule the appt. after I purchased a 5 point toilet tune up on Angie's List. The worker arrived on time and completed the work and took all old parts with him. No mess left behind. Very nice. No additional cost.

Description of Work: I have 3 toilets. Charge for 1 toilet adjustment was $29.00. The other 2 then would have cost $109.00 a piece. Way overpriced for a simple job. This company charges by each separate job and not by the hr. A 2 hr. job would have cost close to $1,000.00. |Man did a full inspection accurately. I will find another co. that charges by the hour, or a handyman for the rest of the work.

Description of Work: I called and asked for a quote for a leak - which turned out to be a slab leak. The price was at least 1.5 to 2 times anybody else's price. No wonder they offer $50 if they are late. It was just ridiculously high priced, I just did not even want to continue the discussion. Any way, the gentleman was reasonable and he indirectly inspired me to do simple waterline replace in the toilet cistern by myself (his quote $170/-, other folks $80, my effort 30 minutes + 1 spanner from Lowe's $8) which would have taken him about 5-10 minutes. Regarding the slab leak - I went with Baker brothers. Much better service- quote in line with everybody else's - a little bit more testosterone than I am used to but good folks overall.

Description of Work: They came and did a maintenance checkup on my toilet, plus the handle had been getting stuck and water running. He replaced the handle and the toilet has been working fine since he did the tuneup. He did want to do much more work on the toilet which was going to run me about $200, but I declined and the toilet has been working just fine for several months now.
