Description of Work: They root rooted the drain outside coming out of my kitchen sink. They were prompt and did a good job I will call them again if I need help. This is twice now I have used them and would recommend them if you need plumbing done. Good Job.

Description of Work: I just needed a price on a leakage test and they refuse to give me a price. They only give price after they come out and look at the problem and then give a quote. Well, there is no problem I just need a leakage test done! They know how much that is. It is a standard test that every other plummer will give you price for because it is a test not a fix job. Ugh... very annoying, be wary of companies that will not give you a price on a standard leakage test. That means they are just going to over charge.

Description of Work: I paid for a toilet service from Angie's list for this provider. Ben Franklin Plumbing never called me to set up an appointment, despite me sending multiple emails to them. I have finally given up and figured my money is gone. I will never use offers from Angie's List again nor will I ever use Ben Franklin Plumbing. What a scam!

Description of Work: They did a leak test for ~$500. |They replaced two shutoff valves for the incoming line for $1200. |They dug under the house to find the leak but never found it because I think it was from the front shutoff valves. |They did not charge us for the digging since there was not a leak there. |The entire process took several weeks due to various things like weather.

Description of Work: They could not repair or replace one of our faucets and the overall charge for their service was high. We have used them before and also found their prices to be high.

Description of Work: Too expensive. After they originally quoted $400 to diagnosis my issue it actually was $150 which was great until the quoted me $2500 for the repair! I got a second opinion and got it repaired for almost $800 cheaper!
