Description of Work: Repaired a bathroom sink faucet. They were very patient when I ordered the replacement part from the manufacturer and the mfgr didn't send all the parts & pieces...took 2 additional trips to complete the job...not BFPlumbing's fault. I would refer them to my friends & use them again.

Description of Work: The plumber was punctual but he had 2 sets of prices, one for angie list coupon and one with out. It cost over $149 to take a piece of plastic out of a garbage disposal and then it cost $200 each toilet to replace a leaking valve, way overpriced for the service but the work was done well

Description of Work: Plumber installed a flapper in the toilet tank for one toilet for the special price. The special also included a plumbing inspection which was conducted. The toilet with the problem, which prompted the purchase of the special, was worse off after the plumber finished whatever he did. After the plumber left, the toilet was running more profusely and I had to call to have the plumber return. If I remember correctly, he went out to his truck and returned to install what I later learned from another plumber was a punctured or severely damaged flapper. Long story short, I felt like his action was unethical. He had to have known that the damaged flapper would cause more problems than previously experienced. I felt like his action was intended to get me to call the plumbing company sooner, so it could generate business.

Initial fix was ok.
Description of Work: Fixed the problem. Great. But estimated a sewer line fix at 3 times the cost another quoted. And A2ZAtomic quoted, more accurately assessed the problem and fixed for 1/3 the cost.
