Description of Work: dishwasher was not draining properly, told me I needed a new disposal said ok, then they said it was a different type disposal and I needed to go buy a soap dispenser at home depot or buy one from them for 179.00 or they could just put a black cap over it. They kept trying to get me to leave them in my home alone. I don't leave strangers in my home alone. Then they wanted to check my water heaters and said I needed new ones. Said no to that told them I just wanted the black cap instead of the soap dispenser, one guy went to look in the truck for one, didn't have one so he went to home depot (he says) and bought a soap dispenser at no charge. However, it is now broken and they loosened my faucet to where it moves from side to side any time I turn the water on or switch from hot to cold. |My husband want me to have them come out and fix what they broke but he wants to be present.

Description of Work: I called out Ben Franklin to repair a cracked drain line. After having numerous plumbers out to snake my drain each time it clogged (because that's all the service warrantee company would cover) I realized that the only way to resolve the issue was to pay for repair myself (despite the claim that they will fix a broken pipe in their contract). Ben Franklin was professional and very quick, we were repaired and inspected within 2 days! Amazing considering the crack was 8' down almost at the street connection.

Description of Work: The plumber installed our new Kube water filter. He told me it would be the same charge as for installing a faucet, and he did give me the price before doing the job. I used the Angie's list coupon which saved me about $60 on the trip cost. However, the charge of $350 for an hour's worth of work was quite steep.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal of $200 of services for $89. I was contacted same day to schedule service, and was given an appointment for the date and time period requested. They called on date and asked if they could come a little earlier, which was great. The plumber replaced the piping under the kitchen sink and replaced pop up rod in bath sink. He had all needed materials on his truck. The kitchen pipe repair has a 2 yr warranty. The bathroom sink pop up has a 30 day warranty.

Description of Work: They fixed two faucets. They did an outstanding job. They fixed what two other plumbing companies said could not be fixed, and would have to be replaced. The replace quote was from several hundred dollars to a thousand dollars!!

Description of Work: They went out of their way to help us with an unusual leak in one of our bathroom sinks. They installed a special tail pipe that solved our problem. Thanks to their service manager, Alex, and to their technician, Eddie, for their efforts.
