Description of Work: The office staff was very courteous & professional. The plumber accurately diagnosed my problem before he even looked at it. He didn't just snake it out one way, he took the time to snake it both ways, making sure that there was nothing left clogging my pipes (7 rags as it turns out from the renovations done before purchasing the house). |Everyone at Ben Franklin Plumbing treats their customers with respect, kindness and appreciation!!

Description of Work: Last summer (2014) they had to come "clear the stack" because of an obstruction in the pipes. Prior to that, they have fixed plumbing in the toilets and tubs. They are always professional and come right away if possible. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a $29 toilet tune up. My toilet was leaking. My toilet expertise consists of replacing the flapper, which was not the problem. It only took the service rep a short time to identify the problem and make the adjustment.

Description of Work: Thought i was going to have a camera inspection of one plumbing/drain line and a cleaning, figuring this would give me the health of some of my plumbing, not that there was some big problem but more as a preventative. Told him i was hoping it could be the front bathroom and he stated it didn't have accessible clean out but my kitchen did. HE DID NOTHING! Told me how Angies made money on these deals and for companies it was a form of getting new customers. I asked him if he was going to do something and he stated if i wanted the actual line cleaned it would cost more money. Did give me some estimate of work to change out some old faucets. I was very upset and will never do this again. He was polite and answered some questions but didn't do what was promised in the deal. Felt VERY taken advantage of. Don't recall the actual call date but it was a couple months ago.

Description of Work: Replaced 2, 50 gallon attic hot water heaters, the job went well, began and ended on time and there were no surprises

Description of Work: Removed a broken off shower head extension from inside the wall. Took him 20 minutes.

Description of Work: Unclogged a tricky drain to unclog in record time. Fixed a toilet leaking at the base of the tank (replaced part), and the flushing mechanism (replaced). Gave advice on preventing future clogs. Really nice plumber to deal with.

Description of Work: Three years ago--clean out clogged kitchen sink drain and install new garbage disposer. This year--replace failed hot water heater. I think they are very professionally qualified. Prices may not be the lowest but the quality and longevity of their repairs seem to be above reproach.
