Description of Work: We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. With no "clean out" for that end of the house the options were snaking from the roof or from under the sink. Based on how quickly water backed up our plumber Chuck felt the blockage was close and getting to it from under the sink was best. His work was quick and clean and he tested it long enough that we were both confident the problem was solved. They took our Angie's List coupon and that made the price great too.

Description of Work: Benjamin sent a tech who was rude and starts with a rate card (No Hello or Hi). He had to cut a pipe to clean the drain. He did clean up the mess but when I asked him to wait for few mins while I look for the right screw for the disposal, he got mad at me and started running his script of how much would it cost to the company. I suggest stay away from them unless real after hours emergency. The services are super expensive and the coupon is NOT flexible at all. They have bunch of gotchas. The coupon works on "accessible" areas and the kitchen sink is not accessible area per their terms and conditions.

Description of Work: $200 worth of plumbing doesn't go very far with these guys. Plumber said he wasn't charging me for faucet install. Didn't say he had botched it! Did good job replacing toilet flange bolts though.

Description of Work: good work. price was absolutely rediculous and their $89 deal through you was a scam. they charged $325 to do about 15 minutes of work with minimal material cost. they shortened a pvc drain pip by about 8" and install a new one.
