Description of Work: Very professional and clean. Even wore booties while inside the house. I had a partially clogged drain line. Looked on Angie's List and found a special and they were contacted to see if they could come out the same day, which they did! Terrific. They used a camera to locate the leak and was able to successfully unclog.

Description of Work: Tighten commode. Replaced bathroom sink faucet and repaired the connections.

Description of Work: Had a coupon and feel like I was over charged given other coupon promotion by same vendor. Over charge was $35.00 so not to much but the drain clear out should have been covered for 30 minutes at $200 pre purchase. The vendor offered drain clean out coupons online with you for less than I paid for this $200 prepaid service.

They charged a $200 under-the-house fee. My crawl space is huge and you can actually stand up in most of it. | |The tech was very competent and professional. The work was done well.

Description of Work: Came in response to 2 plumbing problems. Rep didn't look closely at problems and did not do any analysis of problem. all rep did was flip through notebook and quote prices.

Description of Work: Purchased the drain unclogging deal for a set price. When the plumber came out he said due to something with the setup he couldn't do it for that price or for the deal and I was just out the money. Finally did talk him into using the value towards a roof vent unclogging, but that he had to come back the next day to do it. We set a time for the next appointment and he left. The following day I took off work and sat waiting for 2 hours and he never showed. When I called they said that the plumber must have forgot to put the appointment into the system because they didn't show anything and so there would be no compensation. They had to reschedule a different time, and I had to take off work a THIRD time, where they finally did show up and fix everything as planned. Their motto is "If we're late we pay", but I've come to find out that it's really "If we're late we say there was never any appointment to begin with and you are just screwed." Price was comparable with the deal, but without it they were way more, and since they can just choose to honor the deals or not there's no way I'd go back to them again.
