Description of Work: Fixed an 'elderly' shower faucet. Most wanted to rip the wall out and replace everything. However, this plumber knew what the brand was and where to get a replacement. Did not have to remove a single tile, and fixed the drip quickly.

Description of Work: fixed leaky tub faucet. changed it out. quickly and efficiently. unfortunately I had a different plumber try to fix it first-took him all day and left me with the leak. should have tried angies list first!

Description of Work: Replaced 2 valves on washer service and hooked up washer/ dryer. Plumber arrived on time and performed the work very professionally and efficiently. Service was Grade 'A' but the charges were for a fixed price; if this were done on an hourly basis, the charge would have been at least 50% less. I asked for prices on two services I'd had done before, and the quote was 30% - 50% higher than the actual charge from another plumber. |You pay for premium service.

Description of Work: The service was fine for what they did; however, the tech's advice on what I need to moving forward was insane. The primary purpose of the call was for him to find out why/repair my toilet that was rocking. He found the floor ring was rusted out and would need to be jack hammered out and that the drain was recessed and it would need to be repaired. Once that was done, I'd need a tile person to repair the tile that was impacted by the work. Grand total was approximately $4K to perform. Well I called my home warranty company and requested a service call. A tech came out and installed a metal ring over the rust out ring....problem solved...all for $75. I feel Benjamin tried to gig me. I'd never recommend their services.

Description of Work: We've used them for years. They came to do a yearly inspection of our water heater, that we bought from them. They were on time, professional; and, replaced a safety module that was't working right. No charge, since the thing was under warranty.

Description of Work: Worked on a leaking kitchen faucet. The tech had to call his office for help. He left my faucet barely turning, but said it would loosen as we used it. He didn't replace the seal that came with the replacement part.

Description of Work: They repaired a dripping pea trap all repairs were make in short period of time and the plumber was sure to make sure it was no longer leaking. Their office did excellent job of updating through out the day on the status of their technician as he worked through his schedule .
