Description of Work: I was experiencing low water pressure all over the house.

Description of Work: I was pleasantly please...they were out within a few short hours of when I called to schedule the appt.

Description of Work: Installed a circulation pump. It was installed to improve the flow of hot water to areas of the house farthest from the heater. During the installation of shower accessories by another vendor, we asked the provider to explain why lukewarm water would constantly flow through the cold water faucet in a bathroom. The vendor reviewed the installation of the pump and discovered it had been done incorrectly. He also discover a problem with the flow of water into/out of the tank. It took the provider approximately 40 minutes to correct the faulty installation and tank flow issue. The circulation pump now works as designed. Extremely disappointed to discover this problem. We had used Ben Franklin on several earlier repairs.

Description of Work: Replaced an outside water faucet

Description of Work: Water from the master bathroom on the second floor was leaking down into the kitchen on the first floor. They quickly found a cracked pipe in the wall and replaced it. Very nice work.

Description of Work: He came out to find a leak but it turned out to be a very minor thing and the 89.00 coupon i paid for on Angie's list covered it all. He was very professional, explained everything as he worked.

Description of Work: Nothing. They were running ahead of schedule and tried to contact me so they could start earlier. They do not use caller id so I did not pickup while driving. They did not leave a message so I had no clue who called. They then went on the next job as I waited. I called them because their scheduled time was long past. I was in addition told we both apparently had miscommunication. They may have done excellent work but I won't know because I cancelled the job and chose another plumber.

Description of Work: Contractors dug a 70 foot tunnel under my house so Plumber could replace broken cast iron plumbing sewer line. Contractor broke water line under the house and contractors told me they fixed the water line. I told Plumber about this and plumber inspected the water line and he made a permanent repair of water line.

Description of Work: Punctual, professional and polite. Has most tools and parts needed for common fixes but not prepared for problems with fixtures over 25 years old.

Description of Work: I had a coupon an I feel the coupon was a bait and switch. Try we're professional however. They charged much more than expected. I had to call them back because the part broke. I would use them ur not as a first choice.

Description of Work: That's not a misprint! What started out as a simple stopped up sink, turned into a complete under-house job. 80-90% of our sewer pipes were crumbling and/or lying on the ground. Homeowners covered all but $17,000. The crew from BF were our new best friends and family. I requested we work with the same crew for the entire month it took to complete and they obliged us. Our insurance adjuster even said they were the best company he has worked with - and BF said the same thing about our insurance adjuster. I couldn't say enough good things about them.
