Description of Work: Remove existing kitchen faucet & install a new faucet. The service person is knowledgeable. He cleaned up afterwards. So far, no leaks & the new faucet works fine.

Description of Work: Replacement of the outdoor faucets. They were original to the house (1974) and we could not shut off the water fully. Beautiful job. A bit pricey but they always do the job right the first time. Professional service.

Description of Work: Cant recall the price paid. They did a good job. When they realized we were renters they halted further work. They did draw up a list of stuff in need of correction which we in turn handed over to the home owner/property mgr. Most plumbing companies will not even come to your house if you are renting. I'm always willing to pay good cash money for at least a diagnostic visit and estimate. The "We Don't do Rent House Calls" policy of many competitors compelled me to conceal my renter status. As a military tenant I always try to keep homeowner informed.

Description of Work: It was fine for me; however, I referred them to a close friend of mine and I feel they took advantage of him. This is why I wouldn't use them again.

Description of Work: Reset a toilet bowl that leaked at the base. A special included a drain of the water heater which we did not need. He substituted a check of the sewer pipe under the house to verify that it was not leaking. This was needed.

Description of Work: Worked on external water faucet, kitchen sink and water faucet.

Description of Work: We called them out to clear a stopped toilet that seemed to have cleared itself before James arrived. He also replace an old toilet handle that we simply couldn't loosen in the guest bath. James performed a full inspection of both toilets and even made some minor adjustments to the flapper and flush mechanism in the master bath to help reduce water usage. James was very professional and friendly; even played with the dogs.

Description of Work: Leak under kitchen sink. Was notified by plumber we needed a part-which would cost $200 and to replace the PVC to wall would total $465. Asked him if he could try to use existing parts (since original installation was two years ago). Said he'd try. Called back and said he did and no leaks but would not warranty the work because they did not replace all parts.Please note the disposal side was fine. I fell this was a bait and switch scheme.

Description of Work: Performed Special Priced sewer line inspection reluctantly (which is what I purchased) for some reason that was never made clear to me. Even though I purchased the video inspection the technician came without a camera (??) to do the inspection. But after some discussion, which is when his reasons for being reluctant kept changing, he called and someone delivered one to him. He then performed the inspection which confirmed my opinion about where the break was. Then I asked what it would cost to repair at which point he got on the phone for 30 mins with his supervisor where they concocted their reasons for giving me an estimate that was almost 3x greater than customary. Once presented with their scenario, and cost, I kindly thanked them for the inspection and told them no thanks. It was almost creepy the way the technician had to call his boss in private before he could even tell me how they determined the estimate - which was presented in such a way as to be perfectly clear that their only real intention when selling the SPECIAL video service was to get their foot in the door; coming without a camera and immediately telling me what they would do to repair the break I had found without looking first to be sure and then talking to his office supervisor for 30 mins just to learn how to try and separate me from my money. I won't use again - unless it's for a service where the pricing is a special (like the inspection was) but I wouldn't hire them for any repairs because their prices are sky high.

Description of Work: Tenant Reported toilet backup in multiple bathrooms. Purchased the $79 Drain Cleaning/Camera Inspection coupon. BF met the tenant and determined drain was not blocked. Did not perform Cleaning/Inspection of the main line. | |BF recommended that the toilet tanks be rebuild. The estimate they provided seemed too high.

Description of Work: Tim replaced the seal in a leaking toilet. He knew very quickly what the problem was & fixed it quickly & efficiently. I appreciated his professionalism.

Description of Work: Cleaned out drain as requested. Suggested replacing drum in plumbing under the house at a cost of $595. Then tried liquid drain cleaner, and presto! That actually worked, so didn't need the drum replaced after all! Hmmm. Since he was already there, I asked him to look at toilet to see why it ran all the time. Came back next day and repaired that. Handle doesn't work now, as a result. Has to be pushed up after flushing. I was out of patience by then and didn't pursue it further. Could not talk to the arrogant manager again. Bad experience over all.

Description of Work: I started with a pipe leak under my 60 yo house. In their investigation of the leak BFP determined that my pipes were corroded to the point that a simple repair was unlikely to hold and that the only remedy would be to replace the piping from the supply line to the risers. They set about doing the work promptly, but completing the work required several follow-up. While initially punctual, the follow ups appeared to be squeezed in around other appointments and in on instance, no one showed up when BFP had said they would be there and it took a day to find the tech to reschedule. In the end though they did what they said they would and took care of some additional items without complaint. They seem to be the get the big job done guys, maybe not the guys you call for smaller tasks.
