Recommended a A/C SYSTEM REPAIR WHEN IT WAS NOT NEEDED. Showed photo's of needed repairs but it was not a photo of my system. On another occasion they recommended a new gas line to my pool heater . Later gas line was found to be ok. They have some honest people in their organization but be careful .

Robert, the first repair man that came, looked at the toilet and said it needed to be replaced. Then after a few minutes of looking at it, said it wasn't the toilet, but that the blockage was somewhere else. He said he couldn't do anything to help, as he had a bad back, so he called someone else. The next person that came, asked what Robert had done and we told him. This man said nothing was wrong with the toilet, I did not need a new one. After looking around to find the problem, he used the "snake" and cleared out most of the problem. Paid $295 for this. Then he said the pipe still had water in it, but it should work for now - what ever that means. I am not real pleased with the service I received.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Total time was about 45 minutes.

We are pleased with the work performed. The plumber allowed us to do our own digging to save money (otherwise we would not have been able to afford to fix it!).

Good associates and service. Price is quite high for the work being performed. Area was returned to previous condition.

It had really gone up in price but I still needed it done. The issue was the use of a free trip charge with an additional discount. The tech eventually honored it but told me that usually only 1 discount per repair.

It was working fine for a week. Then we'll had the same problem. We'll are still having problems & have spent nearly $ 500.00.

It went great. They showed up when they said they would and replaced the hot water heater with no problems. We have used Ben Franklin plumbing for many years and they have always guaranteed their work.

great work, but expensive. They are the only ones I would trust in an emergency though.

They came the first time because my old 20-year-old water softener blew up those little beads and they were everywhere in the house. It was horrible. I can't t remember what they charged me to unplug every single, solitary thing that water came out of in my house. It was around $300 to $400 -- it wasn't very much. The new water softener cost about $3,000. It is wonderful now.

It went fine. Plumber was great. My only concern was the cost, which I thought was prohibitive.

They had trouble getting to the water heater drain. They brought in someone else to do it. They did a thorough job of cleaning out the drain, but the drain was still a little slow when running the dishwasher

My technician was extremely professional. Unfortunately the circumstances of my issue were outside of the scope covered by the Angie's List deal (a $79 drain cleaning) and instead required additional services amounting to approximately $270.

Great! They were on time and did an excellent job. Price was steep, but I guess comparable to others.

I had to replace ordinary kitchen faucet with new one from Delta. He asked 350$. Then he said he needs two replace to leaky valve below with additional cost of 360$. The total cost was coming to be 710$ for an ordinary kitchen faucet so they were extremely pricy. I did not perform the service. Instead just asked them to fix my toilet handle which was not flushing. Their prices are way too high and coupons are useless.

Not well. Let's just say this review cannot share all that went poorly, the extensive cost estimates on other possible repair and the number of rude conversations with those I talked with on the phone. There was one plumber who we enjoyed working with who finally got it fixed after numerous times of coming out. They can even blamed their being late on us.

They were terrible. They couldn't properly fix the leak and the guy told me they wanted to fit a whole pipe in and they wanted like $12000 or something like that. It's ridiculous. He recommended doing a whole line replacement.
