He worked hard in the mud and heat and kept a positive attitude throughout. I had a number of different questions and he answered them all In great detail.

Description of Work: I wanted to have a faucet replaced in my bathroom... I purchased the faucet and hoses... I was told to replace the faucet it was going to cost $439.00. That was totally unreasonable!! They did not ask when they called what type of work needed to be done or any upfront cost... I would not have taken a half day off work to tell the tech to leave my house.

Description of Work: I called them at the beginning of the week to find out the cost of replacing my faucet. They gave me the run around and would not give me a price point. I left a message with the person they referred me to for pricing, and never received a call back. I had them go ahead and come out to do the work, subject to more pricing information. The estimate for the work to be done was $115 more than the Big Deal I had purchased with Angie's List.

Description of Work: Unstopped a bathroom sink drain. The unstopping went fine but they had to come back to tighten a faucet that evidently was loosened during the process.
