Description of Work: Replaced 40 gal gas HWH in garage closet and added pan with moisture detect and auto-shut off valve on main water line feeding HWH to guard against on-going flooding with future leaks or ruptures when not at home. Excellent work. Price did include a 10 year parts and labor warranty and yearly maintenance checks and flushing, but still on the pricey side and above other quotes. Also, no parts/labor breakdown on quote or bill, just the total, which I'm not used to. The Angie's bucks I bought helped $110 on the price. Very quality work by Adam and his sidekick.
