Description of Work: They installed an Flow-Tech inline water system (electromagnetic water softener). After 7 years of ruined fixtures and water pressure issues due to sediment produced by our tankless water heater, it has been resolved. I couldn't be happier...thank God for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing...they are the only ones that actually resolved a long standing problem.

Description of Work: I called them to flush and inspect the tankless heater. They didn't want to tell me on the phone how much it will or could cost, they had to see it first. I had a Angies list coupon, payed 89 usd for 200 usd work. |The tech(unfortunately I cannot remember his name) that came was so unhappy to do any work, very very unfrendly and snob, so much that I would say he was unpolite. |He wanted more than 300 usd (I think 380 usd)to clean the tankless heater!, other on Angies asked 130 to 180 usd!. |I then asked how much it would cost to change the cold water valve for the wash machine..again a unfrendly answer, showing he didn't want to do any work, price again incredibly high. |At the end I used the 200 usd credit to replace a toilet flush since pressing the handle down would only flush with little water, and I wasn't happy with that. The tech said he had to replace the whole flush, he couldn't fix it. It worked for 3-4 months, than I had the same problem again!!! |To summarize, he was punctual but very very unfrendly, snob with no willingness to do any work. They are incredibly expensive. |Few hours later another employee called me to check how all went. |I told him it was the worst experience ever and that the guy was so lazy and unfrendly. He simply said he was sorry to hear that, asked it there was something else he could help me with and hung up. I definitely would not recommend nor use them again.
