Description of Work: Replaced the front hose faucet with a new screw in frost proof faucet.

Description of Work: Thomas, Chris, Armando and Hannah were cordial and professional. The all took ownership of this project which was finished in good time.

Description of Work: The water connections under my kitchen sink were partially covered by newly installed 2x4 supports for my farmhouse sink. The water lines couldn't be attached. It took the plumber around 20 minutes to add a few pieces of piping to reroute the connections lower so they were accessible. I feel I was taken to the cleaners. The price was outrageous in my opinion. The quality of work was fine.

Description of Work: BFP was hired to replace 2 faucets in the master bath. Upon arrival the worker said that he needed to cut out and replace all the plumbing coming to the faucets in order to make them fit. He went on with his story for a minute and I explained to him that I've never heard of plumbing having to be cut out and replaced in order to replace a faucet. He stated the charge would be about $700 plus what we had already paid. I explained that was not going to happen and that there's no way the plumbing needed to be redone, as the house is less than 20 years old. I then made several attempts to get him out of my home and off my property, which was not an easy task. |I then called Riddell plumbing and they arrived within 45 minutes and had both faucets replaced within one hour and no plumbing needed to be cut out or redone. |This was my second attempt at using BFP and the same was true before that the installer attempted to rip us off. |I will only use Riddell Plumbing in the future, tried, trusted and honest. |I still haven't received my money back that I paid for that repair.

Description of Work: Over priced. Did not have needed supplies on truck. Quoted outside faucet repair over 200.00. Told us part needed said he had to pick up at some supply store. We went to Lowes half a mile from our house and picked up part for 3.00. Wanted 250.00 - 300.00 to put washer on kitchen sink. Very over priced did not use company. Would not use in future. Service person nice just not fully honest with us.

Description of Work: In the beginning everything seemed find, but there was a part that was replaced which caused the water pressure to change and was either hot or cold (to the Extreme). Long story short they came out a second time then a manager came out the third time and said he would search for the part and get back to us and we have not heard from them since then. My wife was the one who received them and left a message, but no call back. The reason its a big deal is because we have a 4 month old that we bath in that tub. I purposely waited to give them the time to find the part.
