Description of Work: This is a terrible service coupon to buy. Basically every service cost hundreds of dollars, so the amount paid on Angie's list is good for nothing. Just to be nice our plumber cleaned out some hair in our bath tub drain (took apx 1 min). Nice and professional service provider, but the deal itself was worthless. I have found almost every service we have purchased on Angie's list has been a similar experience. We're done with Angie's list!

Description of Work: I called on Labor Day when apparently most plumbers were off enjoying the holiday. I had a broken water heater. I tried at least 5 other plumbers before I found these guys and no one could send anyone out for at least another day or two. I called Benjamin Franklin, and wow! - they had somebody knocking on my door within the hour! A replacement was needed so the service technician was able to find a new one and also find another technician who could come out the same afternoon to help install. Overall they were there for several hours, always professional and courteous, cleaned up the mess, and did a GREAT job. It was great to be able to take a hot shower that night!
