Description of Work: The work was extensive and costly but was completed on time. When there was a problem they corrected the problem quickly and professionally under warranty.

Description of Work: I feel the price for installing a toilet was a little excessive, but the service was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: i can't remember when the service was done or how much it cost. I can tell you though, every time I have used their services, I couldn't ask for anything better or more, no one could be better in any category. I trust them completely.

Description of Work: They found two breaks in the sewer line with a camera. A 40 ft. long ditch was dug by hand (no machines) from front of house to the sidewalk to replace the sewer line. The ditch ranged from 30" at the house to over 8 ft at the sidewalk. Completed sewer line work was inspected by the city. The quality of their work is very good. They took care in piling dug up dirt on tarps. The dug up grass was replaced by sod. Everything was cleaned up nicely. They gave a 20-year warranty. Work began on Nov. 30 and was completed by Dec. 3.

Description of Work: We are remodeling an old house and I needed 3 shut off valves changed in a spare bathroom (two undersink and one toilet). The room was completely stripped of furniture and commode so all was readily accessible. The plumber came in, looked at the job, showed me his rate schedule and I signed off on it. My bad, I did not look close enough at the fixtures and they were just compression fit valves, so no soldering required so I could have done them myself. The plumber replaced the valves and braided supply lines and was ready to go in 15 minutes. He did a good job but I thought the charges were very excessive for the work performed.

Description of Work: Very quick option to fix our toilet. Had to replace it, and it was explained why. It's a very structured, uniformed process, which was expensive , but the professionalism and quick response was part of that. We would use them again.
