Description of Work: The plumber fixed a pop-up stopper on a bathroom sink and gave me some good advice on dealing with drains when they get slow. |He did excellent work, but I thought his charge was high. I will probably use them again on tricky problems, but not for simple or routine stuff because of their prices.

Description of Work: I had several simple repairs: toilet flapper, dripping faucet, and a drain replacement. Tech was very nice and responsive, but this company has a fixed price per task, so two hours of work generated $500 of fees. Ouch.

Description of Work: The plumbers repaired some stopped up sinks, replaced a toilet's water intake line, and inspected our water heaters. They replaced the water intake line for one of the water heaters. I gave them a "B" rating overall, because a week after they left, the kitchen sink they worked on, now has a very loose spout.

Description of Work: I bought the 89 for 200 in plumbing services. The tech was nice and did good work. However, the prices quoted were much more than I thought. I ended up using 200 plus additional 23 dollars to change the drain stopper in my bathroom sink. I provided the part. Job took just alittle under an hour.

Description of Work: What a rip-off attempt! Bought a certificate to have a sink drain cleared...& when that was THE ONLY service actually provided, was billed an additional $360+ for "additional services"! Paid it...but then after talking to an attorney friend...placed a stop payment! The job they did was satisfactory...but after the great rip-off attempt, I'll never have these con artists back again!
