He called back to the station to have the replacement toilet replaced by a colleague. The operation is amazing, with one exception. My service call was delayed because I tried to order service through their website before giving up and finally calling them back after a day with no word. That is the one thing about this operation that can stand tightening up. Travis was consistent about donning booties before entering to keep the carpet clean. The toilet came with a five year warranty on parts and labor. Printing the Angie's List coupon made the service call bill a little easier to handle.

James was on time, quickly determined the source of the water leak, and set about repairing it. He had to leave to get parts that are not stocked on the truck, but returned quickly and finished the job. He was very polite and explained how he was going to fix the leak. A little pricey, but the work was completed in an efficient, timely manner.
