Aaron arrived on time, investigated the problem and told us what needed to be done to fix it and how much it would cost. He did a great job! The woman I spoke to on the phone (can't remember her name) was so nice and helpful. And this all happened two days before Thanksgiving!

Called mid-day on Friday, 7/28/06. Had very professional assistance on phone, could not be seen until Monday 7/31/06. Arrived as promised. Larry W. performed work. Had to diagnose why master shower controls were not working properly. Located sediment in fixture heads and traced to water heater. Drained water heater and noted the internal dip tube had eroded away, causing much of the sediment that was consequently passing through plumbing. Also, old and worn out heater was unable to perform. Suggested new water heater and installed. Installed new shower cartridge, however handle continued to rotate more than 240 degrees with a "dead spot". Larry had not checked rotation of handle after installed, but persisted in locating missing part, had to re-install, but did so determined to complete job correctly. Everything was done professionally. Oh, warranty for water heater is transferable for their work, etc, 6 years. Always was clean and considerate.

Called 8 am 10/10/06 requesting service. Was informed that a truck was in area later same afternoon and could perform work same day. Very professional and courteous on phone. Called ahead to announce 30 minute window of arrival. Arrived as promised later same day. James R. was plumber assigned. He diagnosed problem, gave me several options, including ways to save money. Got right to work, took less than 1/2 hour, always wore shoe protectors, always announced his entry back into house when returning to and from truck. Price seemed high, so I got a second quote and used another company (Bewley Plumbing) the next day to complete the work (same model toilets), saving $450+ from Ben Franklin's estimate.
