Although I was told the plumber would come late afternoon, I got a call saying he could come in the morning. Very good news! He determined the problem and explained the work to be done in a clear, succinct manner. A new water heater was delivered and in just a few hours I had hot water again.

I thought it went very well. Everything was professional and on time. I still think all plumbing is very expensive, but in this case, when time is money, at least you are getting what you pay for.

Daughter called me while plumber was there but I was in our company year-end meeting and could not talk and told her to deal with it. Today a professional commercial plumber was at our home and told me I had been taken advantage of and that the job should have taken less than 30 minutes and been a one-hour minimum job.

Aaron arrived on time, investigated the problem and told us what needed to be done to fix it and how much it would cost. He did a great job! The woman I spoke to on the phone (can't remember her name) was so nice and helpful. And this all happened two days before Thanksgiving!
