The man who came out was very punctual, as promised by the name! He checked a backup in my sewer line that had caused a valve in the backyard to leak, leaving some paper in the lawn. After investigating, he found that the sewage line was backed up and then flushed it out, which was an additional cost (included in total listed above) but the scheduler had let me know about this possible cost. The technician also let me know that I would eventually need to replace the sewer line since tree roots had broken through. They always price out the job before they do it so you can see how much it will cost. They are very professional, neat and tidy. They are very well trained and know what they are doing. I can't say anything that isn't wonderful about them.

I went out and purchased the part for the toilet myself and was planning on doing the work myself. I decided to go ahead and hire a plumber to do the work. He used the part I supplied to fix the toilet. He also looked at my hot water circulation pump to see what was wrong with it, and he said it needs to be replaced. He was to call me back to make an appointment to replace the pump but no one has called back. A few days ago I called them again to look at the copper pipe leading to my pool filter as it had burst from the cold. He quoted me $249 plus the $49 service charge. I did not have him do this work. I won't be calling them again based on the prices they've charged for work I've had done and quoted for other jobs. I got the pipe replaced by someone else for $100.

Although I was told the plumber would come late afternoon, I got a call saying he could come in the morning. Very good news! He determined the problem and explained the work to be done in a clear, succinct manner. A new water heater was delivered and in just a few hours I had hot water again.
