My water was not draining & I did not want to handle the job myself.BF provided a quote $227 to unstop my drain which I considered unreasonably high,but agreed to it after making my feelings clear.Aaron was a very nice individual & took the price discussion with calm demeanor.He used a smaller electric snake on the sewer line and made a quick determination that it was on the city's side.BF allowed him to charge me only the $49 service call fee.I did not ever believe it was a city problem because when it first occurred the clean out at the city line was dry.The city responded within an hour and confirmed it was not on their end.I rented a heavy duty 100' snake from major home improvement store for $40,ran a couple of different augers through the line and had it back to the store with my lines clear in about two hours it was not my first time to do this.It seems BF brought a knife to a gunfight & misdiagnosed the problem it happens.Everyone was very friendly,start to finish rehire?Maybe?

I was glad to get someone out here since I could not do it myself. They had it installed in no time at all. It was immediate working. I felt they did a great job. I do not remember what I paid them; I just wanted the job done.

There were two people doing the work for the installation. It was very difficult for them to get the old one out and put the new one in because of the space and where it was going in my home. They were not that cheap at all, but they did a great job. They do charge by the job and not by the hour. That could be good or bad in some cases.

Within an hour and a half of the phone call we placed to this contractor, they were out and replaced this unit with a new one. They spent about six and a half hours completing it and the entire time they were here we watched as they were meticulous in their cleaning. When they finally left it was like they were never there in the first place. I was very happy to have found them on Angie s List and highly recommend them to anyone who is in a jam and needs the work done yesterday.

The guys showed up on time and worked with my personal schedule. They put booties over their shoes so they wouldn't dirty the floors or carpet. I don't remember what the exact charges were but I was happy afterwards.
